Omar Mohamed I have bought Realme 11 5g for 7 days today, I didn't know it was such a low quality company, the battery charge is very bad, it is the lowest quality company, you should book realme all types of phones.
Staff need to be more professional and need to understand the time of others too, they think them as govt employee’s and have always accuse that server’s is down come tomorrow
I face issue in my realme buds air3 s, so i visit there and they resolve my issue in very less time, they replace my buds and provide new earbuds.very good experience and very supportive staff also.
I was facing problem regarding the audio quality and noise cancellation of my realme wireless 2. I was provided with a new model within a few minutes after a quick checking. Although i didnt get the color i wanted (blue) my issue is fully resolve. Also the staff here was really congenial and helpful. Overall it was a good experience.
Absolutely pathetic customer care service. The customer care attendents have no training in how to talk to a customer. Wouldnt recommend anyone realme products.
Realme service centre in lajpat nagar. Near to metro as well as bus stand. Big and specious. Supportive staff, I got my replacement in just 20 min, which is too much quicker then any other brand's service. Thanks to realme and service centre team. It is exclusive store not a third party so must visit if you phase any problem regarding realme products
It being good to visit realme lajpat nagar service center, I have screen issue in my realme device they have attended mein within 30 mint and resolve issue on same days Thanks realme care
Very poor service centre I bought Realme earphone buds 2 from Flipkart, and the left ear speaker is not working properly, so I went to Delhi Lajpat Nagar service center, and they told me that my earphone has a scratch, so they will correct it under warranty Will not be done. This is such a bad policy, the first six months warranty and the worst policy ever. My experience after buying Realme products was very bad. Scratches will occur when using the product, should the product not be used because of scratches? Due to just one scratch, the warranty will not be available, better than this I would have taken boAt earphones, at least 1-year warranty would have been available and there is no aftermarket policy like Realme.
Poor staff they didn't have manners how to talk with customer and recently i went to this service centre for replacing my product they damaged my product and said that the product was already damaged fraud service centre
In case you are ready to spend 3-4 hours then only you may go. I am here because my real me airbird 2 mic has sound issue. I was told that they are cleaning it and now It is 3 hours, still cleaning is going on. Lazy employee specially counter no 1 in maintainance area.
Yesterday I got the realme watch replacement done from the service center and just gave me the dealer replacement tax even when the stoppage of the watch was not given I do not suggest anyone that you buy the product of realme.
Most of the positive reviews are faked and are posted by friends and relatives of staff. Review posted by GOTORIGHT WAY is fake. He is the supervisor of the service centre. They are posting fake reviews.last 4-5 reviews are done by the management of service centre just to save themselves from the complaint I have done against them. All the 5 star reviews are posted by his family members and friends.if you don't agree you can read past one year reviews. Actually staff at this service centre is very rude and behave very badly with their customer. But I am happy that now they won't behave rudely to any other customer. They will be afraid like anything.
They called themselves Customer Service centre and where customer experience is no matter to them excluding their token system.we have to wait minimum 2 hours and there's no washrooms. Otherwise staff is average in behaviour
Everything is good except waiting time for your trun, Please improve it. Polite behaviour by the REALME STAFF.
I waited for 2hr just only for wirless blutooth change. And please add the online ticket system you are using the old fashion paper tickets.we are Living in 2022 not in 2000
Infrastructure is good, building is good, interior is great. But things that matter a lot is pathetic that is the staff here. They needs lots of training to behave properly and to talk politely with customers. Hope they will learn the meaning of customer service soon.
I went today over There, and my experience was really good. Based on the reviews and all i was afraid about what might happen but their behaviour was really very good, they were humble and very helpful. There was a issue with my phone hardware and it was in warranty period, they repaired it, neither i was questioned nor they behaved rudely. Please don't go over there based on the previous reviews. Everything is great over there also i must say it's far better than the other service centres in delhi.
Very good service & also humbled staff. Fast and accurate no problem in my work. I'm attended by miss Nitu. She is very humble & solved my problem in minutes.
