Realme service center malvia nagar

One of the worst service center I have ever seen.they said go to the local shop for service.

They took to much time for an small replacment, Like earphone, earbuds. They are too slow for everything, asking us to be there for 1 hour just for an small replacment even though they checked everything but still gives some slip Askin to wait for an hour or more than that. They all just slow nd lazy

Their work is really appreciable. My display was not working and they repair it within 2 hours. Staff are also very polite i dont know why people give them low rating. Infact i went to another service center of lajpat nagar they are so rude n they took 7 days but still didn't repair it then i asked them give my back my phone and come to this service centre. Thank you so much!

I reached there late but the staff is very humble and helping, got my problem solve within minutes

No Help. Staff is not supporting even they don't know the problem they just told to format the phone and may be then issue will be resolved otherwise buy new realme phone. If this is support then we can do it at home

They understand your value of time.
My Wireless Buds were not working properly.
(It's under warranty)
I went there they solved my problem maximum in 10 minutes. ️
I got a new Buds.

Firstly, It was literally difficult for me to find this centre as it is on 2nd floor.
Secondly service is too bad, my realme 6 fell down so volume button got damage for which they charging 1k not matter if ur phone is under warranty or not and for fixing some software bugs they charge rs. 177, really not expected this from realme after a long travel.

Yes you heard right, I gave them my realme narzo 20 pro for display replacement, They fixed the display but They tampered with my phone by opening the box from the back side. The glue with which they had glued the back body also did not stick well so that I came to know about this. I already had doubts, seeing their office, they work behind a wooden cabin so that their handiwork is not known, there is no transparency

Here, do not give your phone for repair at all, these people take out the original parts of the phone and put old and fake parts in the phone.

It was Extremy Bad service experience at this Place, Staff Specialy Mr Devender who have responsbilty of this service centre.

Service centre is very small, i had to wait outside for a long time even when there was seats available. Half the time the server is offline.

Worked slowly, took a lot of time, took 3 hours and 5 minutes of work.

Worst service centre I ever visit. Rude staff dont resolve your problem. They kept me waiting for 1: 30 hour and still dont inform me about the issue of the device and misbehaved with me. I suggest dont visit this service centre ever.

One star is also very big for this service centre.i wish i could give them half star.one of the worst service centre.they took almost 2 weeks to replace my display and still said they need some more time.ghatiya service centre hai @realmeindia.not able to give service in time.

अगर आप भी realme का फोन लेने की सोच रहे है तो आप भूल कर भी मत लेना ये फोन
और साथ में इनकी सर्विस भी बोहोत बेकार है दोस्तो
मेने realme 7लिया और उसमे 3दिन में परेशानी आने लगी और जब में रिप्लेसमेंट के लिए गया तो इन होने मुझे कोई रिप्लेसमेंट नही दी जब की बिल पर 7 days replacement warranty थी और मेरा फोन अभी भी इनके मालवीय नगर सर्विस सेंटर में है और ये बोल रहे है की आप का फोन replacement nhi hoga दोस्तो मेने अपनी मेहनत की कमाई से ये फोन लिया था लेकिन मेरे साथ बोहोत बड़ा फ्रॉड हो गया है और मेरे 17000 रुपे इस फोन डूब गाय आप से हट जोड़ता हु आप ये फोन है बिल्कुल भी न खरीदे nhi to aap ko bhi meri tara pachtana hoga
