It was well managed trip from back office support as well on site tour manager. All service and schedule were followed as per commitment from Red Carpet.

Red Carpet had organised our ITMA Milan trip for our employees at Matex, and it was organised perfectly as per their initial indication including Food, Bus, time management etc.
Special mention for Mr. Umesh and Mr. Shubham, who went out of their way to assist our team with everything.
We would like to use Red Carpet for our future official tours.

I have always travelled with Inorbit such a wonderful operators. But couldn’t get a visa appointment with them and had to travel with Redcarpet.

It was allover good. Team coordination & concern person sheeraj Khan & gourav is very cooperative. One think I suggest please visit your suggested luxury hotels Yuma service is not good.

All the arrangements made for the trip was up to the mark, Sriraj was our point of contact and he was very proactive with everything

Booked a 7 Nights tour to Thailand (Phuket + Krabi + Bangkok) through Red Carpet and was extremely pleased by their service.
Mr. Umesh helped us in planning the complete itinerary including the flights, hotels, sightseeing options, local travels and pickup/drop to our hotel. The resorts were 5 Star rated and also had the option of Indian food. Everything was well planned and we never had to worry for anything. Our overall experience was good.

Poorest And the most idiot agency to get yourself tagged to. They shuffle you from here to there and then say "Oh, I don't know about the change, Akshay or some random guy did this". They do this while on the tour and then fear of being stranded, makes you agree to their terms.
Never Ever GO with them, period.

I am rating red carpet assist 1 star because their is no option to give vvvv poor rating. I had apply for Canada on sponsorship on marriage I had fully payed to red carpet biometric fee and embassy fee and now after 43 days i get letter of refusal and there is written that your biometric fee is given after much time. Embassy has declared rule of taking biometric fee before applying application. AND THIS AGENGY HAS NOT ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THAT RULES. APPLY WITH THIS AGENGY AT YOUR OWN RISK

I visited canton fair session 123 with them in april 2018, i must say that they are One of the best tour operators i have come across, very professional, very active, very informative, they very well managed whole china trip, at once i was doubtful to go with them after reading the negative news but after visiting china, i feel they must fake and their competitors must have posted -ve reviews. Very professional people from delhi and mumbai are their customers, i too made many of friends out of them, they take their cook with them, who serves some very tasty dinner with unlimited cocktail in evening.kudos to mr hemant and mr rajat specially, best team, best tour operators i have came across.

The worst ever Tour operator ever worked with. They dont care about the customers value and there time. Complete wastage of time.

Thank you for an amazing tour of Thailand! This was our first experience with Friendly Planet, but based on this, we would highly recommend them. We thought it was a fantastic value. There is no way that we would have been able to do as much, or travel to multiple cities on our own. All of the accommodations were excellent. Our guide, "Tick", was very knowledgeable, experienced, informative, entertaining, had a great sense of humor, and he spoke/understood English very well. We would definitely consider another Friendly Planet tour, to a new destination.

THE Worst agency ever. Cant do anything as promised. Hemanth Yadav - (An uneducated illiterate beggar) doesn't even know how to professionally talk to the customers. Threatens the customers to cancel their trip if the extra money is not paid.
The trick is to hold the visa till the last minute and make you cancel your ticket and re book. This is how they make that extra money. No reasonable justification will be given to you.
They ruined our trip and we thought we were the only unlucky ones, but we checked with a lot of fellow passengers, 4 out of 5 people faced the same problem. Some of them have even filed a complaint with the consumer court.
There are far more better agencies. Request you to never deal with these frauds.ps: Most of the 5 star reviews written here are by their own staff.
