Red Chilli

Stumbled upon this little gem of a restro pub that's located right on the main road at Paschim Vihar opposite to the Radisson Blu hotel. Once you are able to find a parking spot (you'll have to park right on the main road and that too it's mostly full with cars lined up) and enter the restaurant, the place is quite nice with lots of seats and while they call themselves mughlai we found their Chinese food was equally mouth watering as was the Indian food. Only if they could sort the parking by having valet service, I could certainly give this one a five star rating.

Pathetic experience.charged service charge of 10% on take away order. Rats were there in the restaurant

Panner Tikka and soya bean champ only 6 to 7 pieces is very small in size
Noth worth is cost around 585
Is too expensive
But restaurant is too good but quality of veg is very bad

Food was just ok, price quite high, manager was very rude.
Overall not worth it. Won't recommend to anyone.

I have been visiting this place since a long time. A good restaurant for family / friends ' get together. Nice food and ambience make this place great. However, there is a scope of improvement in it's service.

Bad hospitality and the staff is a bit lazy.one more thing pls check the bills carefully as they sometimes include even those items which you have not even ordered it. I found and then the whole staff was saying sorry and modified the bills.not a good place.as per my POV

Went there with my family. Had a great time with good food and good ambience. The portion size was okay for four people. They kept good hygiene. But the service was very slow and we had to wait too long. Its bit on expensive side and is good for special occasion.

Food quality is not that good. Rate is standard. Taste is average. Hotel Management should take care of table decorum.

The service was really bad. We had been seated for 15-20 mins before any waiter took our order. The food was not that good either.

1. Unnecessarly expensive with service charge of 10% when service is completely useless.
2. As per the price portion size is too less.
3. Alcohol served is mixed and when you tell that to waiter they just fly away mentaining a distance from you.
4. Discount structure used is again a scam. They charge VAT, Service charge and GST on the basic value of food and beverage instead of value arriving after discount.

Overall this place is nothing but a waste of money and time. With family of 3 having snacks only we spent 1.8k for just 3 items. So better to go Rajouri instead of this scamster

The service lane outside red chilli is obstructed and people who visit red chilli park their vehicles in that service lane due to which common public is unable to use that service lane.will soon raise this issue with local authorities

Ordered two snacks and two main course (all non veg). The snacks were amazing - “Red Chilli” Chicken and drums of heaven are to die for. The main course was disappointing, pretty bland even though the cook is same as when I had last time three years back, I don’t recommend butter chicken and kali mirch chicken.

I have been going here for many years. The service and the food used be great. I used to love the food. But from the last year the taste of the food is decreasing. When I last visited Red Chilli the service was poor. The staff head was rude. They took half an hour to bring our food. Not a great experience.

Good Ambiance, Price is little bit on the higher side if compared to other RestroBars for fairly less facilities and cuisines.

Very nice ambience with very nice food quality. Services is very satisfactory. Parties can de done here. Hall area is very nicely decorated and sitting chairs are very nice. Location of this place is also very good at ring road. Bar is also inside. For small gathering it's nice place to have fun. Services is very fast and managed.

They’re total FRAUDS when it comes to the bill.

Guys - be careful when the bill comes. The man at the counter is known to hyper-inflate the bill especially if you’ve had some drinks and he thinks you’re too drunk to notice. Again, if you’re a group with ladies he will deliberately double the bill amount because he knows you won’t create a scene with women around.

Please double check the bill and the contents so as to not become a victim of red Chilli.

Have been Here Earlier Too, But its First Outing after #Lockdown. Rush Wasn't There as it used to be on Sunday's. D #Covid effect.

Good food, good membership system.
Kind of a value for money. Don't need Zomato pro, good or that sort of stuff.
It's pretty nice on it's own and very vfm.

It does not maintain hygiene in serving food, local refined prepared food was served n I ordered chaap which was plainly boiled n blsnd paneet lababdar gravy was poured on it all in all tasted bad, service is quick n gud.

The restaurant provides parking space and accepts payment through credit cards. Food and service is good at this place. Their mushroom tikka, fish amritsari, chilly chicken is very tasty.

Expensive but so good restaurant food is good and containing all dishes with a great taste and having lots of staffs working they can do hard for the customers satisfaction. The food is expensive but its taste is also good so dont feel that the money is wasted after all. The drinks are also available but it servses with proper following of notices and all

They have charged 90/-rs for kinley water bottle which have MRP 20/-. Water bottle + service means they used plane to serve this bottle on our table. They are using Melamine (plastic) serving bowls to serve hot veggies.

A good place to dine out in that area with good quality food with a decent taste. I would say that there is still a good scope of improving the service delivery time and taste of the delicacies.

The ambience is nice and the prices seem to be OK.

The name is Tarun. He called himself senior manager. He is alwaz ready to insult customers. If seinors dont know how to deal with. How can u expect waiter ll treat u well.

Food is fine taste wise but over expensive and poor service quality and they are charging service charge for the service they don’t provide

Nice place, nice ambiance, food is ok, service is somewhat slow, quite costly dining. Not as good looking at the cost of dining. Not bad either. I can define this restaurant as "nice calm family restaurant with little pricey items".

While people were standing, they were not getting eatables from the kitchen despite reminding time and again.

Waiters seriously need to have some respect for customers. They need thorough training in their department which includes serving and handling of customers.

Took the membership card for a year membership.after 6 month they get fed up i think and their service for home delivery become worst.i have to cancel my order twice.dilevery boys are rude, very bad experience.

Food of this place is that bad which can definitely make you sick and they also add service charges on all Bills.

Great food and drinks are being served here with good ambience, it a milticusin restaurant with variety of dishes and drink option available in the area It is one of the best restaurant were you came with family, friends or business meeting also environment is for everyone a must visit place one a while

Very costly. Never order cold drink from there we had just 10 to 12 glass of it and it cistes 12000 approx

Total waste, food quality below par, high rates. Doesn't listen to customer requirement. Once you pay the bill in cash, they put the 10 Rs coins in return of balance, so that you leave the coins for the tip. Pathetic methods!
