Regalia Banquet

Snack is not tasty as well as not cooked properly and drinks have water mixed in it.food is better than snacks

Very rude behaviour of regalia's manager Amitabh Banerjee, politeness is first thing to attract and comfortable with each other.
I don't recomment for deal with bad nature guy.

Cleanliness on point all the hygienic place. All the staff members were wearing gloves and mask.
Food was good. Everything was nice.

Was confused between Lavanya and regalia. Took my chances with regalia as I have seen the reviews for food with good ratings. Fantastic place with beautiful ambience. Food was definitely one of the main attraction. Really loved the service and hospitality. No doubt Lavanya is also good but one cannot compromise on services and hospitality which I found were better at Regalia after the completion of my own ceremony. Would book the place again for future occasions. Totally recommended.

A closed air-conditioned hall suitable for weddings etc. It is quite well laid out and spacious. Professional services. A good place overall

With immense respect I feel gratitude to attend one of the weddings at your banquet in mayapuri today. No doubt you have been reviewed the best amongst others there but today a scene at your banquet hall gives me an insight of the wedding business rather than the responsibility to manage the crowd and maintaining the dignity.

When my family and I were leaving the banquet, we saw few of your guests drinking and smoking near the 2 screens which are placed at the entry.

A boy who was wearing black suit was beaten by 2 or 3 persons who were guests at one of weddings (don't know, whether 1st floor or 2nd).
they were tipsy, smoking. One of them was in cherry colored suit. He along with other guy had beaten the boy wearing black suit so much that he was about to die. The cherry colored suit man was abusing incessantly.

I felt so hollow today that When the scene was going on, the management didn't even realise to interfere or call the cops.
All were watching, be it your watchman, vallet man and other employees.

The young children of families witnessed such barbarous squabble.

Being into market.it's your duty to maintain a harmonious environment even at your entry also.

Being a public place.please try to avoid, stop and take action against those guests who not only ruin your name but also make our children fearful of places which are meant to give happinesses.

It's good to visit here but they have to improve their sitting quality it should be comfortable for guests their inner sofa back rest are almost 2 feet away from where you sit.

No space for parking, worst wallet service. All 3 halls were booked and they cannot handle the guests, delayed services.

Ambience and decorations were good and the staff was very quick and courteous to serve. However appetizers/snacks could be much better and honestly they were not up to the mark but ya the main course was good. Try to maintain the cleanliness in washrooms (especially flush toilets seats) and tell the waiters not to shout to their co-workers over the counter.

This place was unexpectedly too good to host a function. Management was within reach throughout the function. Staff was quick and courteous enough. Food was above average. Everything went smooth without much hassle.

Good spaces in a multi storey banquet halls. Good ambience.excellent food and service. Can accommodate more than 300 guests in a hall.

It's a great place to organize functions and marriages. Good ambience, quality food and humble staff, it has them all but still I gave it 4 stars coz it does not have good parking space. 3 storey of Banquet but no parking, they use valet but its helpful only when you have one marriage at a time. When all the Halls are occupied, you are going to have a hard time finding parking space plus the valet is not available for service like they should at the peak. Over all, a nice place to be.

End up going there for a flatmate's wedding. Keeping the wedding decorations and food aside (since they are pretty wedding specific), the halls are pretty big ans awesome. The location is easily accessible from the Metro station, as well as Ola and Uber.
Only fact to be cognizant of - There are too many halls along the route, so traffic jams are pretty commonplace.

The place is primarily located, and interiors are nice as well. Food is okayish however their mocktails need improvement.

Hosted brother's reception at their first floor hall. Awesome ambience, mouth watering unlimited more than 20 types of starters. Service is very quick & fast. Main course is too yummy to resist. Would love to party there again if all goes well.

Nice place for wedding and other functions.nice service and good decoration.their are Ground floor, First floor and Second floor facility. As per my experience their are not proper parking facility.they provide Valley parking also but all cars are on road.

Nice place for a small gather like 150 people. Theu do serve alcohol so u can figure out ur package deals with them with alcohol.

Good food. Good Decoration. Good lighting. Tables for everyone to sit and eat. Catering was good. I don't have anything negative to say about this place.

Very good service, good waiters and delicious food. Overall it's value for money banquet has multiple banquets on the ground and other two floors. This place can accommodate a gathering between 200 to about 600-800 depending upon the place you choose. It's right on a busy Mayapuri road which makes parking, and gathering on road or entrance very difficult at times. The place does offers valet services.

Decent place for a large get together or wedding.since this road has many banquet halls, traffic is a nightmare and you must start early.specially during wedding season.

Got a chance to attend wedding once here and my first experience was really good. With nice arrangements and decorations staff was also very good in very polite has been this too nice and the space of the banquet hall is very good so i give 4 strs to this place

Nice place. Elegant, bright and beautiful decorations. WOW food, particularly Starters. Staff is very service friendly. Hospitality at its Best. A very nice experience.

Luxurious place.good food, perfect place for wedding's. DJ is superb.here you can enjoy lot.variety of food available here.

Quite a good banquet for secondary functions. Service could be a little better, but apart from that, its good.

Sehgal Family Of Model Town New Delhi celebrated first birthday party of Vedika July 21st The event was from 7: 30 am till 00: 00 hrs. Right from the very outset, the Banquets staff coordinated the event in an astonishingly customer oriented manner which is very uncommon these days. Nothing was taken for granted and everything was perfected to the minute detail, the Manager who coordinated the event party was a model of customer service, making sure each and every one of family requests was promptly and accurately addressed. All coordinator who was the personification of the highest levels of client service. We have NO complaints but only the HIGHEST praise and commendation for such outstanding service delivered in an amazing customs oriented manner.

Often, customers are quick to write compaints but slow to recognize outstanding service.on behalf of the family it gives me great pleasure in writing this review.we are very proud of the quality of the service, food, hospitality and the superb way it was delivere with NO exceptions.demonstrated exemplary quality in everything they did withgreat delight, I would unhesitantly recommend Ragalia Mayapuri too family and friends.

U really know how to plan a party and entertain a crowd. The dinner was delicious! Service was great and venue was perfect, we enjoyed spending time with you and all other family /Members cousins catching up on everything we missed out on over the last few months. It was so great too that our children all got along so well and really enjoyed each other’s company.

Worst experience tht i had tht day it was my brother's wedding nd few people came from the service department removed all the things like starters nd salads it was disrespectful for me because they all were my friends is that kind of hospitality we are looking around so please it is a request to not have that horrible experience i am requesting you to please quit thinking about that banquet for any kind of social event (10/07/2018 neeraj weds anshu)

The place is quite small and congested. Completely fine if you're holding a small function or a small gathering of people. The place is quite nicely maintained and the service is also good. The quality of food could be improved a bit.
