Working is good.
The place is closed area not having even a single fan
under renovation but open.

There is no option for zero, that's why i am giving 1 star. And also giving also zero rate to asus.

The name of company stated above is wrong, as many people are pointing out, the service center has been closed and the company name is kept same to avoid further talks. This place operates under the name of ONLINE TRADERS which sell refurbished phones through e-commerce methods. The same case happened for me, I bought a phone and obviously it was not the phone that I expected, they sent a dummy phone and as usual they wont pick up their phones.
Please do not ever buy from this store or from their e-commerce means.

They never pick up calls

They take your laptop for repair, charge you for the repair and then do not return your calls. Sick and tired of calling them but no one picks up.

It was a good service center. But unfortunately it will be shutting down soon. The services here were faster than the current service center. It's still working for few days. If anyone wants to visit. You should try making a visit.otherwise the new service center is in nehru place only but now in ashok bhavan second floor. F1 INFOTECH PVT LTD.

The staff were very helpful and humble. The place was clean and beautiful. They provided me with the assistance needed. Overall the experience was quite good.

Very poor service, tried calling the given landline number but no response then they said that their landline wasn't working. So tried contacting through email but they never replied.
Also they lie to customers when asked about the status of laptop. My laptop had a manufacturing defect, faced same problem two times but still they took more than a week to resolve the issue.

Previously this place was, also Dell service center, but now (2020) Dell service center is shifted, only asus service center is found here

Got here for MSI laptop repair. First they were rude but then I called service center and they repaired it very soon.

This place is pathetic and staff is more more pathetic or behavior is Very bad and the service is wrorst i mean very bad service engineer is so unknowledgeable and even already tell some information about the problem they doing same thing again.
So please dont visit here pathetic place

Great service center for msi laptops.fast service.had to wait for only 15 mins for the extra hard drive to be installed.customer service executive was very polite and cooperative.

They are a genuine service center. Had to get my battery replaced and the whole process took not more than an hour. Good experience.

Very bad. They were not interested in ram upgrade and asked for 10000 rs to upgrade ram. Since when does 8 gb ram cost 10000 bucks

Good service centre. Though the charges are on the higher side but still low compared to canaught place. I'm talking only about oneplus service centre there. They repair laptops too

I have a msi gf63 and it was not charging.
I came here feeling afraid of the bad reviews and thought that my laptop might be ruined. But it is a flawless service centre and my laptop was repaired within 2 days.
As far as I can say the msi service here is excellent.

Badest and worst service ever never ever go here.ur product is submitted and no info is given there after.my echo has been stuck from 1 month no repair and haven't got my product.
Nor helpline is working.i need my product back.

Like all other Asus service center here also my experience was awful. I just don't understand the policy of Asus why they don't repair parts there was a small component failure in my vivobook mother board and they were suggesting to replace the whole motherboard which will cosy me 35K I was like with this money I can buy a new laptop.
Then I went to local shop and he repaired my laptop and the total cost was just 2K rupees.
So I will suggest if your product is in warranty then only visit here or else no.

Service is fine. Your repair person may call you and offer the required repair at a cheaper price. Don't opt for it.
He'll refuse to give you the bill if you accept the cheaper cost repair.

One Plus authorised Service Center. Since my OnePlus 6t's back got damaged so I visited here to get it repaired. Was happy with the services provided by them.

If you really care about your laptop dont take the service from here.
Just go to some local service store they will do a better job then these idiots.
Sharing on the basis of my personal experience.

This is a official 3rd party service center for MSI few other brands like Amazon, Asus and OnePlus. The company is called CTDI. The place is very shabby and dingy, 1st i thought what place is this and i didn't want to give my laptop as they said it will take 12-14 Days.
Because my laptop was dead and the motherboard to get it replaced and i had no option so, i had to give it.
They said they will call me next day and tell me the diagnostic report, but as expected they didn't call me. I kept calling they after a week nobody picked up the call then i kept calling them every day and once again nobody picked up then one day they picked up the call and said they don't know when the product will arrive in India.
2nd week was gone again they didn't pick it up, by this time, i became impatient and took out time to visit the center and i asked them what is the status of my laptop and they brought it and said it's ready, that time i got relief as it was repaired and was in good condition.

Don't expect a call or message from them ever.

They took about 16 days to replace my motherboard and Back panel of MSI GL63 8RD.
If you facing issue like your body falling apart from the hinge you should get it replaced within the warranty period. I was lazy and got it replaced when my laptop was fully dead. Don't be like me.

This is the worst service center they are not going to receive your coll and for each problem they need to submit the device.

Worst experience. Gave my laptop for servicing and I was told that I'd be updated with service status on the same day itself. No one called me, as expected. These guys never pick up your call. No sense of professionalism.
It's really disheartening to see that brands like OnePlus, MSI and Asus partnered with these poor quality service providers.

I have issue with hinge of my MSI GP 63 8RE laptop and they replaced the panel and also cleaned the laptop within 3-4 hrs. My laptop is under warranty and so it's free of cost.

Was told that my echo will be get serviced here, but it couldn't serviced here. But response of the person was good and friendly.

Worst service center especially for msi, person called usmaan serviced my laptop,
I had keyboard issues I went I showed they said the problem was resolved but after one hour after reaching my place the problem still exists. And they are saying its my problem

I was here to repair my DELL Laptop and I had a pleasant experience. The staff were very courteous and professional and had my issue fixed within the given timeline.

The only good thing about this place is that it offers services for many brands like: Dell, Asus, One plus, etc.

I went here for my Dell laptop and I was not at all satisfied with the offered services.

Few things to know before visiting this place (for Dell only) :

- They do not repair your laptop instead they simply replace the problematic part. This is pretty bad for you especially if your warranty period has expired as the new parts are quite expensive. So, if you are looking for repair then visit any shop at Nehru Place instead.

- Secondly, they charge Rs. 999/- (extra) for diagnosing the problem that you laptop has. This is also useless as they do not perform the diagnosis properly and also the same could be done at any shop in Nehru Place free of cost.

So, my conclusion is to visit this place only if your are covered in warranty service agreement or you want to have some parts replaced, otherwise please don't waste your time and money by visiting this place.

MSI is pretty awesome. I always repair my laptop on MSI service centre. I don't care what others talk about it, but they gave us every possible service that's good for customers. My laptop is out of warranty but they replaced my fan free of cost.

This review is for Asus service center in Regenersis.
Service Experience: 1/10
I deposited an Asus Motherboard (Prime B250 Plus) for no display issue and was given a replacement unit after 2-3 days. Since it was a replacement, I trusted and took it to fit on my PC, but it still fails as the same deposited unit. No Quality Check/testing done before sending it from warehouse. So, again a new ticket was lodged and after some days, another replacement unit was provided. This time when checked at the center itself, the same thing happen again, when connected to a graphics card, no display came up. When connected to native display output, Asus logo/splash screen appear 10-15 seconds later. It took very long! Again tested with their RAM and same thing happened, booted up only after 10-15 seconds, which is not normal. All M/B I have and even the one I deposited initially, booted to bios/splash screen in 2-3 seconds only. Now, when asked it's not normal and you need to check or provide a better one, the Service center boy said: "Lena hai toh leloh, nahi lena hai toh mat lelo, hammara kam khatam ho gaya" (take it or leave it, my work is done) and it's normal for some machine to take long, and didn't do any thing after that and start calling the next person! Such an irresponsible person representing Asus. Also, they made me sign first before delivering and when said, I needed to mentioned the issue on the receipt, they denied to write on their copy and refuse to sign on my receipt. Very horrible and rude, I told them I'll file a consumer court complain which I will do.

Waiting Area: Token is provided, but the token display and automated voice is not working everytime I visited and it's a manual work/numbering.

Attitude of the two staff: Lady and a boy: Whine all the time to customers and frown and react to customer. Very unprofessional and rude.

Addition: While waiting for my delivery, another Customer with a laptop came complaining about charger. Her laptop was not charging and the actual issue is with the battery (the usual damaged battery where a laptop will only run while power is plugged in.) But this service center lied to her telling it's the charger and she spent thousand+ money to buy which obviously didn't resolve the issue. Now she is fighting for it, still the service center staff, the lady and the boy keep arguing to her. Pathetic!

If you take a repaired/replaced product, always signed the delivery receipt after only through checking. Also, there were lots of customer especially phone customer, whose phone were just reset and given, hence returning for the same issue again!
