As someone who had no idea of processes regarding the Incorporation of a company I have to say choosing RegisterExperts was a smart decision. At first we were hesitant because they offered similar services what others in their business do and even a few extra with extremely responsive and friendly customer support.
Real story. We also had a problem where one of our partner had limited amount of documents available (Didn't had Voter id, Passport or Driving license, only Aadhaar for Identity proof) and while a lot of other service providers mention on their websites that they can still get the job done with it, upon contacting them I don't understand if they were too lazy or lacked the knowledge, but simply denied. RegisterExperts were literally the only providers who assured us that our job will be done (with additional charges) and it was done.
Cons:
Prices are too cheap for the services they provide, others charge 20-40% more and provide a lot less. (For company Incorporation at least)
They don't know magic, sadly. These processes could sometime require a ton of document exchanging and doubts for someone who is new in all this which could be frustrating, but just because you paid them doesn't mean they are magically going to get all your legal information and documents and make your company in a week. Despite them doing their best government process could take time and you must comply with their demands as it's for your own work.
Also you should ask about any doubts no matter how minor before you start working with them rather then not understand how these things work and complaining later. In our case at least, we had way too many doubts and questions and they gladly answered them very well.

Special thanks to Mr. Arvind, who was extremely helpful from the very first call and cleared a lot of our doubts which lead to us choosing RegisterExperts on the first place. Polite and Helpful. Even responds on holidays, try it (Don't).

Also to Ms. Sheetal, who handled our ongoing processes till the very end, and was also extremely responsive and polite when it came to clearing any doubts we had. After personally working with them I can see why there are ton of reviews chanting their name in positive light.
These two might be the reason for us to come back to RegisterExperts for their services in the future.

I applied for a trademark name through them, they did their so called investigation about the name and suggested me to go for it saying only phonetically it is similar. Being naive in this field I trusted them and filed for the name giving them ₹6500/- and after few days I got an objection from the Trademark department which said the name is highly descriptive and Authorisation letter was not properly executed.
When I reached out to them they asked ₹1999 + ₹2999 = ₹4998/- for objection reply and rectification respectively stating the amount to as Trademark department fees, which is rubbish and not true at all. Though I was ready to pay objection fees amount but not rectification charges since it was their mistake done during the application filing.
Afterwards I reached out to a different attorney and they explained me about the situation and how the trademark name was so common plus the logo shouldn’t have been the same since it makes the name highly descriptive and has only 1% chance to have this name. As well how the application was not filed professionally and was done just to get more and more money from you. At last I was wasted my ₹6500 and decided not to pay more to this scam company. I would recommend not to use their service rather visit your local advocate and get a thorough checkup about the name you’re going to file and spend your hard earned money on.
