इतना घटिया सिस्टम और कहीं का भी नहीं होगा इन्हें फोन करते रहो कभी आपका फोन लगेगा ही नहीं अगर इनसे एक इंफॉर्मेशन भी लेनी हो तो आपको पर्सनली इनके ऑफिस जाना पड़ेगा और वहां जाकर ही इंफॉर्मेशन मिल सकती अदर वाइज आप कुछ भी कर लो आपको कोई इंफॉर्मेशन नहीं मिलेगी.

Pathetic customer care service! My registration had expired as I was abroad for few years and couldn’t renew it, when I called the customer care person he was so rude. I enquired about the process and let him know that I would like to Renew my registration and had questions about CRE points, he said “ ab tak so rahi thi kya ab kyu jag gayi” and today when I called again to ask about my renewal application the man at the help desk again was very rude from the beginning of the call itself and upon asking for a query regarding current renewal application for which I paid, he asked me what form I filled in during my initial application in 2006 and I told him I don’t remember what exact form I filled in 2006 and told him whatever was available at that time I must have filled in the same and later asked if there have been any changes in the current website since 2006, upon which he continuously made rude comments “ aapko to yaad hi nahi hi kya form fill kiya tha 2006 me, kaise bhool sakti ho! ”

When I asked him why is he so rude, he hung up the phone call!

What kind of service is this! This is inhumane! Instead of helping and guiding us they are making rude comments!

One of our staff is trying to renew RCI registration from one month onwards. While trying respond comes kindly put some correct values.

Very bed experience.
Department is useless and very irresponsible, no body pick up the phone when you call.
Same on them. This is ridiculous that the department conected with rehabilitation and mental care behaving like this.
I have tried to contect them more than 100 times but they didnt response and mr subodh kumar is being silent like disabled.

I reached this center around 10 am but most of the staff reached after 11 Am. That is true no one answered any call. If you are coming for an interview then you have to wait till 1 pm this is how it works. It is a semi government organization and you can get a job on delybasis. They will provide you 20 k but they deduct your health insurance and pf so you can get around 16 to 17 thousand. One important thing most people called them but they did not pick any call because they appoint blind in reception so it is difficult for him to pick call.
