Reiki Healing Foundation

I attended PLR group session in January. I attended both sessions but could not feel at all. I become unconscious during the past life journey. Also I felt that process was done in hurry. Within one hour go back to past life, see some events then quickly move to 100 years from now, and then 5 years from now and 10 years from now. Too much for one hour. I was not catching with sudden transition. To be honest, i could not feel anything. Some of My question remain unanswered. It feels more of visualisation/ imagination than PLR. Not worked for me.
