What i love most about this place is Huge Discounts everytime on the go, After a months of analysis i found out that this is the only Relaince Digital which gives humongous discounts on almost everything, You can get end level of Electronics here, no matter if it a BT Speaker, Home Theatre, TV, Mobiles, Tablets, Cameras, Mixers, Chimneys, Washing Machines, Refrigerators, Water Purifiers. Along with this, Reliance digital of particular this place provides demo for every brand as far as i have experienced, i had with Bose Home Theatre system which costs more than 5 lacs INR and a Wall size Samsung OLED TV and it costs about 13 Lacs, Eventually i meant to say, you do even have options here to take a demo of almost everything

The staff is generally very ill informed. They have limited knowledge of products and usually are unable to give good insights of products.

I bought aquaguard water purifier from this store- they delivered the wrong expensive model the next day- I called them back saying its a wrong model and the poor delivery boy will have to pay from his salary for this mistake.
So after two days they took out back and brought new one which when the engineer installed and went away- my kitchen got flooded with water leaking from the purifier- I feel the service is poor, the response time is long and relativity is zero.
The higher management should train the junior staff to have an attitude to problem solving rather then stalling the customer.
The small shops are more trustworthy than reliance digital.

The most lethargic service and the team I have ever seen in my life. They do fake commitments to sell their product and then they do not respond till the time you go to the showroom and sit on their head.
