Worst store in delhi, i purchased new apple adaptor from this store through medium of home delivery option and they delivered used and damaged product to me, even after raising multiple request to take action they team just keep you running in loop and do nothing. Lost of money and time by using such service of this store avoid purchasing from them they sell fraud product.

The experience is very good & they clearer all our douts about the laptop. It was very nice.

We observed the malfunction of door on the first day Soon.it developed certain problems pertaining to defective door which was affecting its functioning and cooling.

The service engineers who has visited us has strongly recommend to change the door. Which is obviously done by your company since we have taken ResQ plan

We have made several complaints regarding this but nobody from your company has solved our problem yet. We have made number of complaints but I don't understand why we are being treated so apathetic manner and indifferently because we trusted your brand and believed in your ResQ plan. Our complaint is being ignored and closed without any action taken.

Did we take your plan to experience to be treated this way

I would request you to kindly look into this matter and replace the door asap.

I am enclosing a copy of the bill for your reference.

Somehow it happened 3 times I try out whole market but they finally make the deal out of anything

So stupid service finance staff Bajaj is so rude. So stupid cheep language so bad reliance staff is good but finance staff Bajaj guys is so bad please I suggest please don't visit in store others wise u also feel same I request to reliance staff please transfer to Bajaj finance staff immediately other wise ur store rating also down I give only 1star

They are very very annoying. I took a bpl Android TV and they said that there are free headphones with it and at that time they were out of stock of headphones and after 1 week I call them daily but they don't pick up and if by chance they said the we will courier it but now it is very annoying cause it has been 3 months now.

No doubt on reliance digital is good and provide best facilities but I'm disappointed with sales guy i don't know it's intentionally or its done by mistake first time i have face this issue the sales guy didn't tell me that it was the last day for offer on some products. Because of this i miss the offer of 2000 cash back on Bajaj finance really disappointed now I'm waiting for next offer

I visited today in Reliance digital Aggarwal Funcity mall karkardooma for purchase a mixer grinder.
But no-one responded to me.
I called a salesman but he ignored me.
My experience is very bad with Reliance digital.

Bought Daikin AC two days ago from Reliance digital store shahdara, Now your installation team has come and Indoor wire is missing in the box. And the people working in this Reliance digital store are not responding properly. I am really disappointed with your services.

I purchased 4 Bluestar AC's from Reliance Digital along with 4 years extended warranty for which I paid approximately Rs. 50000 extra to reliance apart from cost of AC's but now nobody is turning up for servicing even after generating service request number multiple times in the last 2 weeks or replying from Reliance's end & Reliance Digital is doing a clear fraud in the name of extended warranty.

I have to give 1 star because that is the minimum i have to give if i need to post this.

Amezing atmost fair of this store. All staff have good knowledge of every product. And thanks to Ravi maurya to help me choose good mobile phone.

The service was so good. When you enter the store you get your personal helper, who will guide you. Moreover, there is a wide variety of electronics unlike other stores who don't display their products. The helpers are also so calm.

I am totally disappointed with the staff of this outlet recently I purchased 3 products from this store and than I got a electric shocked from one of there product and I call them than they misbehaved with me and I am totally disappointed they don't know how to treat with the customer and I am totally disappointed with their staff and the product which I have purchased and I don't recommend you guys they make a fool of there customers and provide wrong products and I have raised there complaint in police station they don't know about there product and showcase you different and sent duplicate things.so please don't buy any products from this outlet

This place eis right to buy any house hold items, laptop mobile many many variety electronics and electrical items. Staff is well behaved. Important thing I noticed is very well maintained COVID appropriate behavior. Always Sanitation is on. Go and buy in good atmosphere. Wide range of products available.

Sales staff specifically for Samsung Galaxy devices is not eager to sell the product at all & they are good using their own phones instead of doing their job!

Reliance digital is located in Aggarwal fun city mall. It has various mobile accessories, laptops, ac, coolers, music systems etc.

A nice place where you can find electrical and electronics products at same place, with easier rich.

A good place with some decent collection of electronics that can be found in this mall.

Courteous staff with knowledge about almost everything that is "digital".
The major plus is that the prices are similar to what is being offered on their website. You can simply book and either pickup or get that item delivered.

The only problem is the lack of items that you can try. Now most of the devices can be tested here but not all electronics (in my case earphones) can be found that you can try out and then make a decision.

But that is something that considering current pandemic scenario is acceptable.

Advice to management: Try to increase the hands-on experience of the customer to help us make a better purchase.

Distasteful experience. I had gone there to buy a laptop. The range was very limited and the sales executive was also very disinterested.

I liked this place.they are well behaved and polite. I cleared my all doubts, and helped me very well.

No one bothers abt the customer I called them a lot of time but the bell keeps ringing no mobile no is available as well

Their service is worst. I asked for Tab s6 Samsung and they confirmed that it was in the stock. I waited for 30min there and they said that one customer has already booked the tab for him and he's on the way to showroom. So disgusting that first they confirmed and then they denied to deliver the product.

Wrong number. Visited the store. Messed up staff. I tried to change the reliance jio Sim. They took my adhar card copy and photograph. But ne sim did not activated because of documents problem. I could understand the problem. I tried reaching them but number given was wrong.
