Overpriced of Every Phone. Same phone i bought more than 3000 discount from Hotspot district centre

Worst jio store a salesman here (gaurav) ask 2525 for jio phone which is available for 1499. They are making there own commission

Calling number is always bussy I am trying to reach out jio store but the phone is bussy since past 5 hours. Jio doesn't take any responsibility against their work!

Its a reliance jio store inside district center. Salesman needs to b more aware about the available plans.

It is very bad.to do a very small work you need to go 4 times there.not
recommended.it is waste to go there of your time.no services hate it.

On 12 nov 2018 I visited this store at district center janakpuri for replacement of my lost jio sim. There a salesman whose name is Afroj Alam demanded rs 99 for prime membership, I refused to pay because I was already member, then I called to customer care who told that no need to pay for membership. Then Afroj alam told me that sim will not be activated without payment of rs 99. I told him that there is no such rule to pay. Sim was not activated. Later on 14 nov I visited jio store at palam near ram chowk, they replaced my sim without any payment and within 2 hours it was activated.

Just called them for Number porting, they without listening to my query, just hanged the phone.
