Very poor service and very rude behaviour by the staff. Not allowing to wait in the store and make the customers to stand outside the store.

Poor service, misguiding people that sim is not available from company at any outlet and it will take 20 days approx for sim to come but he can give another sim of international roaming of Rs 550, and he will help me by giving Bluetooth accessories worth 500 (MRP of product was 699 or 799) which will save my money.

But fortunately on visiting other jio outlet I got the sim and I also came to know that the product he was giving me was available on offer for Rs 499

Very poor service by the staff and their attitude is worst. Every one of them is free bhut they'll still ask you to give some other time saying the database is running slow.

Very bad experience. The owner is a bloody illiterate person, would never try to help you. He will abuse you. Just save time and don't go there. He will just try to sell you new phone and won't solve your problem. Pathetic! I wish I could give 0 stars.

Customer service is bad. I especially phone called them to confirm the availability of the my product they said yes sir, it is available here. But when i went there they told that sorry i mistakly told you, we don't have stock for that.
