We can purchase quality products from here. The staff are a bit harsh to customers. Long waiting for paying bill.

We can't see the store from long distance while we are traveling.overall it's good.

Atmosphere is good and employess working there are very much cooperative and well mannered and take care of the customers need.

Rates are OK but staff is so lithargic that you have to wait for even getting bill of your items even when the store has 1 or 2 customers

It's a place for buying daily routine grocery items such as rice, flour, oils, breads and other health products. This place is near from ramesh nagar metro station. Also this place contains a medical shop where u can purchase medicine. This service centre also provide a health insurance and vehicle insurance such as HDFC, ICICI etc. Insurancer guy was too good also he explains insurance policies.

Highly unprofessional staff, no sense how to deal with customers. They don't even care about reviews as they never reply back showing any concern.

Honestly, I was surprised, I bought almost everything that I wanted, the customer service can be better tho

Very very great grocery store for daliy needs for home and all purpose items available here, fruits, vegetables, nariyal paani, मिठाइयां एंड a chemist with discount rate medical equipments and medicines with free home delivery option at Bali Nagar । Near Ramesh nagar metro।

Small super market. Limited varieties of groceries. Fruits and vegetables are not tat fresh.

The name of the store has been changed to Reliance Smart point. It's located on main najafgarh road. Very close to Ramesh Nagar Metro station in blue line stretch of DMRC. It is a small store but centrally located on the main road. Visibility is absolutely perfect. All type of grocery items, fruits and vegetables, soft drinks, household essentials, dairy based products are easily available here. Store assistants are OK. It's recommended for daily needs shopping.

Good for shopping at one place more item but it (vegetables and fruits) is costly compare to local market.

Its a small convenience store.however u can get everything. Staff is good but they help u just thinking that they would be tipped.

Its a good store to do grocery shopping. Some time ago it has a lot of varities of different products but now it has limited options. One can get fresh vegetable and fruits but are costly as compared to near by vegetable market.

Now the name is changed to smart. Bt space is less now and I couldn't find all necessary things out there.

My folks like to visit here to buy groceries. I simply drove them there to pick some food essentials. As per them, the veggies and groceries are available fresh here and at competitive prices

Pathetic service in Insurance. I made a bike insurance "icici lombard"which was charged 1344 comprehensive insurance after 97 rs less no claim bonus. Whereas same thing online I am getting or on policy bazaar it's 1129 without 20% no claim bonus. That means 215+97=312 rupees I am bringing over charged or being Cheated by Reliance. Reliance have hidden Charges which will be added in your premium, always check online which I didn't and was overcharged or cheated. Reliance should have a limited charge on every policy they do like we buy railway ticket. I am already paying 18%gst then also giving 18% to Reliance. I think there is a bigger scam of tax fraud 18% insurance company is changing and reliance is putting 18% in there own pocket

Not the most cleanest Reliance Store out there. It's quite a bit packed in terms of space. You've have to pay extra attention on social distancing.

Bought these items.on the occasion of Bhaiya dooj.
Experience was smooth as it is common shopping centre for me personally.

Most careless staff.workg as it is a government department.no one was there to tc of customers.deptt.space very short. NO NORMS OF PANDEMIC R FOLLOWED

It is getting bad I mean when I started visiting this place it was clean and was like organised now whenever I visit this place I saw that items are dusty and puncherd, some items are mixed I mean not organised, staff is helpful that is why going 5 stars.

This is situated just before Ramesh Nagar Metro Station. Easily visible on the main road and serves almost all basic needs. Ashutosh (Cashier) is the must meet guy he is always smiling and happy to help. Been there 20+ times by now.

There is no place to keep bag.
It is embrassing for us when we are coming out of store they check our bags.

The place has a lot of stuff of daily needs and veggies fruits too. Although the quality of vegetables and fruits sometimes is really bad even in the morning. And staff isn't very helpful.

No parking poor management in morning 1 till works manager is rude.weighing machine doesn't work only one working long quees pathetic take some action against them

Small unit of reliance but good for daily basis needs items. Maximum items available. Well trained staff with polite behaviour

I found all needful grocery items there in very reasonable prices and with so many offers.no other store provide this facility to this extent.
