Employees not doing their job specially ladies they are asking gents to do their job at cash counter

Please make and write items and there price, weight etc. Yourself And match and tally it with printed bill sometimes bill printer is not working and I had doubt on bills

Not quite happening as before, Prices are higher as compared to nearby hypermart like kwality, budget, rajmandir but quite helpful staff in the evening shift.

They acted brilliantly in lock down, handled situations very well. 5 star for that

Reliance needs to change the mindset of the employee and compensate rightly as per the services rendered, instead of exploiting resources.

Vegetables were cheap and it is located in a good place where you can park your two or four wheelers

Went here to buy fresh and vegetables. The ones available here seemed days old, therefore could not really buy much.

Good place to buy fresh vegetables early morning 8.00am to 10.00am.services has improved off late you may see service executives keen to share schemes and encourage to promote sales.i gues training is being imparted.good to see stability in customer handling staff which has developed bonding with customers which encourages clients to revisit.hope they maintain the service quality

On the outset, I would like to particularly mention about few employees at Reliance Fresh who go an extra mile to make you available what you are looking for.

You don't find that often when you are visiting Retail stores.

If you are coming here to buy vegetables, then the best of the lot gets picked up in the morning. Your choice!

And if you are particular on buying Organic Foods, you will not find much of a variety at Reliance Fresh. Perhaps one point where the store unintentionally disappoints.

A lot to choose from, especially when it comes to proceed savoury products, milk products, vegetable oil and pulses etc

Overall, it's good on variety terms in case of most items if not all and perhaps a
one stop shop for all your daily needs.

I used to like this place before transforming it into Reliance Smart. Now the range of available products have reduced to a significant extant.
