I had a very good experience so I would recommend you guys to visit daily for your groceries, fruits and vegetables.

Whatever sort of grocery you want, you will get here. Fruits & vegetables are always fresh here, you might not complain about it!

The Infrastructure has now Improved and there are a heavy Discounts available on only few products but their Point redemption facility is quite bad. For Instance - If you have points worth Rs- 100 and over, only then you can redeem those points if you shop for Rs-1000+. Otherwise your points would be deducted as per the value of the Shopping.

Go for it. And always check your bills before leaving as you may find double entry of a single product.beware because some of their billing executive are either lazy and sometimes they talk rudely even some managerial level executive don't have manners to talk. Overall it's okay nowadays its better.

I had a good shopping experience. Almost every item of daily use was available but one thing that I noticed was that many small packets of goods were not available. For example, if I want to take 250 grams of any item, then I will have to take a big pack of it under compulsion.

One roof stop for your grocery needs. With better international products and variety.it's fun to shop here

Good store but there staff are not so supporting in the way suggestions but if u want to buy on reliance store n you don't want to stuck in traffic don't go this store there is no parking area n this store is on red light so if you have kids so it's too risky

Good place for all grocery shopping.nice variety and has some offer too. Nice staff too.but cash counter staff seem not ready to work

Easy to approach but billing is quite slow & dont forget to match the prices of commodities.

Very poor service.ordered kiwi.delivered in very bad condition.rotten.tried contacting customer care.got no response except acknowledgement to respond with in 48 hour.after 2 weeks of complaint yet waiting for response.

Order second time.still got rotten broken kiwi's and even not complete quantity ordered and paid for 12 but recieved 9 that even rotten in bad condition.same this did not got response from customer supper.

Poorest service.
I got few items missing in my order, have been following for more than a month, but to no use.

The place is under renovation at the moment so its a bit unorganized. Went there to buy vegetables & kitchen stuff. There was a large variety of vegetables, price seemed reasonable and the staff was quite helpful and one of the guys carried the heavy stuff to my car that was parked a little distance away. Lack of proper parking space is the only downside.

Nice shopping experience.
Be watchful, instances have been found where customers have been charged more than MRP

Online service of Jiomart is very pathetic. They will not deliver the products as per the committed date. Even customer care service is not helpful. They never ever transfer your call to the Manager instead of that they put your call on hold for very long time.

Personally will not recommend Jiomart to anyone.

If you are using jiomart place your order 15 days in advance than you might receive the order on time.

I can't find anything there I went there for some groceries shopping and can't find anything there was literally nothing there.
The choclates were all melted cold Storage fridge were also not working

Small area but good enough inventory and varient available for essential items.

No parking is a drawback here

I have been visiting this place since it opened but today had a bitter experience because of which it will be my last visit to this store in Ramesh Nagar. All was just because of harsh behaviour from so called store manager Bharat Bhushan.
Mr bhushan, u r there because of us and believe me u have to treat ur customers right or be rest assured if this is how u treat them u wont survive for long as i am not short of options.

Very good store.evryone must go.good and sufficient stock.staffs are very good.lots of discount.

Reliance Fresh offer Tamil Nagar Mein aata hai vahan per open Lage hote hain jaise ki discount hota hai Jiska Jiska Naam lete Dekhenge free Milta Hai Thoda jata hai but

Untidy, I saw some rats and cockroaches eating the torn packets. I had informed it to workers but no one bothered
