They are great in resolving your sim issues but they don't renew your lost and theft sim cards

Non cooperative staff, not willing to give you time as minimum you require. Don't know they are fir sell or for time pass

Great store for shopping here you can buy almost every electronic items in a decent amount. The behaviour of staff is good. Also always wear a mask while going inside the story.

Hate to visit here. Pathetic experience, An officer should visit the place and experience this. Tired to explain my experience. Don't buy! Anything from Jio.

Waist off time this store not resolved any problem. I lost my no.but sim not available of any store I'm trying kanjawala outlet, m2k manglam palace, Netaji Subhash place & kp block Pitampura.

For even the smallest work, the staff here makes the customers wait in the line for hours and if any customer asks that our work is done? So the employees of the staff, one speaks with the wrong manners & behavior and keeps the planet outside for hours for even the smallest tasks.

I had been visiting this JIO centre for new battery for My Jio phone LYF 5 Water for last two months and still no positive results. The customer service is very poor and this is going to erode the faith in Jio centre for their Services. Toaday after two months and eight visits was told to buy the battery through Amazon as they will not be able to arrange through Jio centre.

Its a good place it provides a good service and there staff is so well manner do our work on time

Good service centre. Some of people found not satisfied with misbehaviour of staff handling on counter. Parking only on main road hence uncomfortable.

No one listens as they don't want to talk to you about their problem of jio. They think that jio doesn't have any defect but your phone has.

I visited for querying for JioFiber, but they don't have much information about it. Although, they promised they would start registration once fiber network is completed.
Apart from that, you can buy Jio and Lyf products here as well as get them repaired here. You can also link your Jio number to aadhar here. There are also two customer support booths, where you can query anything about Jio and its products.
