Reliance Jio Center JC15

I was roaming Jio stores. I was having some serious query. Sorry to say, the people are sitting on stores are acting like layman as not knowing anything. Then, finally i reached here and i met on call Mr. Nitash Tyagi, I told him my problem. He is the first person to assist me positive way otherwise all gave vague answers. I appreciate his efforts and I am pretty sure that my query will be solved asap. Thanx Mr. Nitash. Jio, really require quality people rather than useless quantity.

Very poor service for installation. They take money for registration and thereafter gets cancelled and money gets blocked.

Commiting installation within 24 hrs but no one listens for the delay caused.

I met this guy abhishek from Jio, who is highly unprofessional, does not picks up the call to handle the delay in installation.

Fully protected and sanitized office. Quite knowledgeable and courteous staff. Excellent service.

Very poor staff and customer experience. There is a person called Dheeraj, he duped people and gives incorrect information about the defects and ask to pay for the repairs. He intentionally lied about my jiofi which only requires to be resetted whereas he told me that the whole mother board will change. Expect some level of honesty

Staff is polite and efficient. On the downside they can handle only two customers at a time and no sitting space. They have setup a small office at the back of reliance digital.

I did a recharge of some Rs99 plan from another mobile for my jio no. Its validity is showing 17th may but my outgoing has been stopped and when I try to call a no, it says insufficient balance. When I contacted the call centre at 198, they say this plan is applicable only on jio phone. What about the recharge then? They should have sent this warning once I recharged that it is applicable only for jio phone. I am told I cannot use it, I will not get a refund as my phone is not jio's and the cheaters have gulped my money. Imagine if they have been doing this to me, what they would do the illiterates in our country?

Staff was very cooperating and behaving in such a manner as they really know how to treat well a customer. Although I had reached there fifteen minutes after the working hours but still they listened my problem very carefully and solved it within minutes.

Too much time wasted over here. Customer management not good. The dont take payment by any other means other than cash. Went for jio wifi battery replacement. Have to waste 3 hours for same. As they were not taking payment by digital way. Have to pay by cash. Staff is very slow in responding to customer queue.

Looks like it is impossible to cancel the Jio GigaFibre connection. Company is giving me a hard time to cancel my connection. Service requests are never answered and they keep updating their system with false notations and information.
