The question that cameto mind after this was Is it better to get an eSIM for my primary line on my phone or a physical SIM?
Simple answer is no, you should not get your primary SIM as eSIM because you will be always connected with the network you can't keep your choice to disconnect from the network. There is chances of hacking and you can't switch your devices as per your wish.
Basically we all are using our primary SIM for banking and other important services and if your phone battery gets drained or misplaced then you can't access your SIM and related services so beware what choices you make beforehand.
It may have some benefits but cons are more prominent so stick to the physical SIM as long as possible.
