Easy day club at ambarahi dwarka.neat and clean with good and helful staff.become member and get 10% additional discount on most the product they have in store. Price is pretty competitive and have all daily needs product. Few high range product were missing in the store. I contacted customer care regarding that they assured will get a call from the store manager but it never turn around that way.
Customer complain or feedback should be taken seriously for the improvement of store and for the range of products which customer need so that they don't get diverted to other stores.

I visited this store on Sunday the 20/02/22 n bought few stuff was happy in the beginning but later on when i went for the billing the lady who was in the cash counter was quite rude the way she handles the customer, i was paying through Paytm n it was clearly showed that the payment is successful on my phone but then the lady was insisting me that it was not n there was an error so they ask me to pay again n then told me the first payment will b reverse in 24 hours whereas i haven't received any single amount from them even after 72 hours.
In conclusion it's not about the money which I paid but how the way you handle the customer it's important.
Im so disappointed with this store never expected.
