RELIEF MEDICAL SYSTEMS

Please for god sake dont buy any equipment from this company. They are fraud. I bought ultrasound machine from them in the month of July. When I called them, they said book from us we will give you proper service. DONT BUY FROM AMAZON. I bought directly from them for Rs 4300. I could bot use the machine as I went to phydio therapist. In the month of Dec when I called them that the new machine which I have not yet opened is not working. This person asked me to send over. I sent it via my managing courier myself. AND THEN they have not yet responded back. Even if I am calling they are not responsive.

Bekar company hai machines quality bhut bekar h sath me service usse bhi bakwas owner Jai kbhi phone ya MSG ka reply nhi krta.i bought 4 machine's last year but they are totally waste of money and their care girl never solve anything always say sir se baat krungi and never reply.bhut gussa ata h us din pe jab inse deal ki plz dear friends don't purchase anything from this froud company.

Reliable company with quick service. They have almost all variety of medical equipments. I would recommend them for their sincerity nd prompt service.

Highly unrecommended company also a kind of fake no responce once you buy a product no service at all.

I've been buying modalities for past 12 years and most of the time they are customised to personal prefrences, Mr. Jai Mittal is possibly the only manufacturer (not trader like most of the other known names works) who delivers the quality which matches the results of best of the modalities available in the market today.

Very poor service n staff is not serious about work. I placed order on Friday 29/04/22 staff named Monika promised that she ll deliver the consignment on same day and asked to make inspite of making payment on same day till now no response from their side n moreover not receiving call. I ll never recommend to go with this company

Very cooperative nd superb quality they provide at very reasonable rate. Nd having genuine product they sell at their customers. They provide satisfactory results, Whether patient need or machine platform. Delivery too fast nd staff also very kind nd friendly nature. I m very happy with services.nd now i m totally satisfied.

I have been using the machine of Relief Medical System for many years. The machines of this company are very good and their result is also very correct. The rates of Relief Medical System are much lower than others. Their service is also available quickly.

Unfortunately I had to purchase some products from this irresponsible company. I order 5 in 1 combo machine blue coloured model, steel trolley, and 2 foot steps, I paid the total amount including the delivery charges. When I went to the courier office they told me I have to pay Rs. 920 as courier charge because it was booked as a topay delivery. Then I called them they told they will pay back the charge. It was ok for me anyway I ll going to get the money back.but I was really disappointed when I opened the boxes. I ordered blue combo n what I received is black, I ordered square piped foot stool I received bent round piped footstools all four legs of both stools were not straight. Still it is quite stable on the floor, thank God. But the next item was the most disappointing one for me I ordered the stainless steel trolley, they charged me ₹4500/- and I got a normal z trolley which only around ₹2500 in Amazon that time. It was the very first experience of mine with RELIEF MEDICAL SYSTEMS. I always think how could a company or any firm can make each and everything wrong in a simple order of just 3 items. When I informed them they told they will transfer the money. It has been more than two weeks till today I didn't receive my money.

I have used relief ultrasonic therapy & tens machines for last 5 years but there is not a single complaint in the machine apart from some accessories defect like leads & pads so i don't see any kind of quality issue with the products.

There was no option for zero star so I had to opt for one star.there are many reasons for this.first they charge double for every machine, these guys say they have better circuit. When I got them checked outside everything was Chinese, so their claim for best is absolutely wrong.
Second after sales service is worst.actually if there is any other word than worst than I would say that. First they will tell that - abi ladka bhar gaya hua h.then they will tell ladka aa gaya h pr bahut busy h.and in last they will tell you to bring machine to their service center even if it is short wave diathermy.
And lastly when after all the efforts you reach their service center they will tell you that this part is not available pls leave the machine will will repair and send and when they send machine it comes with bill which is beyond expectations.
If this continues to be same in future then I am sure nobody will buy any products from them.

I have been a user of the products of this company for past ten years.and I completely disagree to the above reviews.the machines were of good quality and as a Practicing Physiotherapist in NCR, I have seen this company grow.except for a few instances when the techicians were not available for service. I have never faced any problem with them.infact have recommended this to many of my friends also.

Good quality products i have been using from last 3 years. I havn't found any trouble in services.

दरअसल हमारा काम बहुत टिपीकल टब हो जाता है जब फिजियो, coustmor रेट्स में डिकॉउंट, और चिप रेट्स में मशीन मांगता है और डिमांड नंबर one क्विअललिटी प्रोडक्ट की करता है ओवरऑल रेट्स के हिसाब से बढ़िया मशीन रही है
आफ्टर सेल्स सर्विस कभी कभी टाइम लेती रही है पर हो जाती है

Very good product sales and service both are very good I used these product since my college life. I had never faced any type of problem regarding quality and services. I suggest all physio buy these products based on price and service

I am connected with relief since 2006 as a service engineer & dealer. I look after western u.p. Area. I have not faced any issue with their product quality & service.

Products of relief medical systems are very reliable and functioning of their products are best.

Products Not Reliable! Worst after Sales Service! Sent a defective ultrasound machine, replaced with a used one after repeated reminders for 15 months. Now stopped taking calls.ultimately moving to consumer court.

The below write up (fact) is to bring to your attention how this Relief Medical systems miserably FAILED to keep up their promises to (me) customer.

We had ordered for a traction table in Oct 2015. After online payment and numerous follow up the delivery took more than month because (a) they had sent to the Mumbai instead of Bangalore (such a efficient delivery) (b) After many frustrated follow up it took more than ten days for us to get the LR copy to take delivery (c) The agreement was that the cost of the product included cost of delivery (that too to door step) but to our surprise the consignment was sent on to pay basis.when we called the Jai Mittal, he confirmed that it was a mistake and hence asked us to pay and take the delivery and that he would refund the delivery charges.
With all these frustrations we took delivery from a courier office (not to our door step) and from Oct 2015 onwards we have been following up with Jai Mittal the owner of the Relief Medical systems to pay back the consignment changes which he agreed earlier. Till today (Sep 2016) we have not received these charges from this company. We have been sending reminders thru SMS, whatsApp, calls etc but Jai Mittal, the owner of Relief Medical Systems has been dodging and avoiding this. This company Relief medical systems have not kept the commitments to the customer.what is more irritating is that the owner Jai milltal says that why do you send so many messages for a small amount (Rs. 910/-) Does he think customers can be taken for granted and that he can cheat them with cheap tricks by dragging the promise for close to a year. Beware!
