I did not like the service from here at all, the staff here was completely rude and they charged me a lot for my labor even though my service was free. If there was no time to change the brake pad of my car then cleaning is at least their responsibility but they charged me 700 for that and then 1500 for someone else's cleaning and rest also miscellaneous charges. I am not at all happy with this service and I will never go to the service center again to take this car
Being first free service, there was not much work involved. However, the service personnel asked if the vehicle had any problems. All necessary checks were carried out to my satisfaction. The staff were quite helpful and customer service was excellent.
Extremely bad experience. Staff is very unfriendly, unresponsive and irresponsible. Servicing provided is not adequate. In the very first week after servicing, my car developed some new issues. When I attempted to bring this to the knowledge of the staff, no one paid any heed. Sadly, they just know how to make a lengthy bill but do not provide up to the mark services.
This is the height of the limit and now it's completely non affordable.
It's been just 3 months and your Vehicle is troubling me alot. Last night I faced an accident in your vehicle without any notification. AIR BEGS got blasts and I got injured too.
I called the help line number and they came after 6 hours till the time they arrived I was on the road only. Yet there is no help from your end with hotel nor other cab facility. I am halfway with my family and I have a safety threat. If anything happens with my family or to me it will be completely your responsibility till the time I get the cab/Hotel and get my vehicle replaced.
In the past 3 months I had a lot of trouble with this vehicle. Now I completely understand that your vehicle has some serious issues. Hence i have decided to return it back and as earlier also i informed please get it replaced with new one or provide my entire money back without any further delay.
Very bad experience in my car pend drive and wire was there and that's robbed plus my car's AC is sounding a lot for that i complained to mr.sandeep but there was no reply car's condition is so bad and there no one is replying and if you are calling they are not picking up
Owning Renault Duster since last 8yrs and must say, the Mayapuri workshop is the best amongst all I have been to so far (comparing Maruti and Honda services that I get on my other 2 cars and also comparing my previously owned GM and ford).
The staff is very kind, supportive and above all best in what they do. They understand customers and the vehicle both, delivering best service for car and best customer experience. Experience starts with a thorough and professional diagnosis after listening to problems.and comes up best recommendations and service plan / estimates. You can trust them well as they have been consistently delivering per commitment and expectations. Special mention - Dev, one of the best.though other engineers also equally good, Dev stands out a bit because of additional courtesy.
Another special mention - Mr. Ravi, the best manager a garage or service center can ask for. Continuously looking for opportunities to improve facilities, services and also keeping the team on toes while ensuring the whole unit delivers the best. Engineers respect and honour him a lot, a good indication for management that show is with the right person.goes extra mile working with customers and ensures they go out happy. One reason probably I will go for another Renault vehicle after Duster retires.
1) AC throw is very bad (I think they didn't changed the air filter) 2) Some sound started from silencer 3) Right side back door creating sound while open and close. 4) vibration in car is increased. 5) car washing & cleaning is very bad.
Has experience an best servicing, They will attend the customer with an good manner. Will surely visit this workhshop again. And higlly recommended to bring your vehicle for such an amazing experience! Good luck!
Gear problems not attended even though it was mentioned by me. The car was also not starting and switching off frequently after the service. The same was attended to only after follow up. It was shocking that this problem happened with a brand new car.
Good qualified technical staff. However managers who deal with customers may misguided and charge for things that are not even required. As a customer, one has to be more vocal and questioning on each activity in order to safeguard his pocket.
A very lethargic group of people running the show at this service centre. Starting with the attendant/receptionist, down to the last working man. Delays in accepting vehicle. Delays in assigning a consultant. And even after explaining all the defects none of them were resolved post service. Despite this they charged a hefty amount. Never ever going to this place again. And yes, the defects were rectified by a local mechanic in less than 1000/- rs.
They not even noticing and attending the Coustomer and i ask someone please call mr.sandeep he was speaking with his friend on call and countisly speaking for 20.min i asked him please call mr Sandeep i have very urgent work he says wait a minute wait a minute but after 20.min i speak with him.loudly are you calling or not they he told.me Sandeep is not present today but Sandeep called me from company's line on same morning amd that turban guy told.me he is absent
Worst behavior and worst service centre they charged me wrong and charged me wrong and not replacing my parts under warranty don't visit in this service centre i ask from other service centre they are ready to change my parts i have 3 service left i will not visit in this service centre again
Worst service centre their plastic parts are very cheap i said them for replacement in warranty but very bad response from their toll free ph no. Renault service is very bad i will never purchase their car again.
