People with illiterate team.

They destroyed my whole function
They cancel the booking on the last moment.

They don't know how to take bookings how to manage work
If someone is seeing my review then check some previous reviews also. All are bad reviews.good reviews are only from by their own relatives.
Don't trust them to rent anything.

Idiot persons these people are making us crazy that we did the book and they said 2-3 documents that they would have to give then we did the book but these crazy people started asking us for unnecessary documents at the last time and they haven't even refunded the money yet. He destroyed my client wedding.

RentOclicK - Terrible Experience!

I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by RentOclicK. I made the mistake of trusting them with my hard-earned money and expected to receive the product I ordered. Sadly, my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I had a poor experience with RentoClick, booked a DSLR camera, submitted all the docs, on the delivery day they could not deliver it at my home. They assumed my office location as the delivery location and a hell lot of confusion. In the end they didn't return the booking amount as well. I would rather recommend SharePal, they arranged the camera within 2 hours on the same day without heavy security deposit. At the end service matters.

मैं एक शीतला माता का एक प्रोजेक्ट कर रहा था, मैंने कही से किसी कैमरा लेनस के बारे में बोला था, उसने मुझे समय पर मना कर दिया, में बहुत परेशान था, की क्या करूँ, उस समय मैंने रेंटो क्लिक को सर्च किया और बात किया - सच मुझें विश्वास ही ही नहीं हुआ कौन घर पर लेंस देकर जाता होगा,
समय पर मुझे लेंस मिल गये, इन्होंने 06 बजे का बोला था लेकिन मेरे पास कमल (डिलीवर) समान लेकर आया, 02 बजे - मतलब चार घंटे पहले ही मुझे सामान मिल गया. बहुत अच्छा लगा.
कमल इतना अच्छा लगा हमे बेहवियर वाइज बहुत ही अच्छा. यहाँ तक कि जब वो घर आये तो हम बोले कमल नेक्स्ट प्रोजेक्ट में हम आपको कास्ट करेंगे किसी villian के तोर पर.
दूसरी बात हमारे प्रोडक्शन का पहला ये एक प्रोजेक्ट था शीतला माता मंदिर गुड़गाम -
हम आपसे जुड़े और आप हमसे जुड़े अच्छा लगा ।

Never Recommend, A very lengthy process. Aadhar pan, rent agreement, check video record blah blah.like u r taking a loan of 20 lakh from them. NEVER NEVER RECOMMAND. WASTE OF TIME.you have many other places in NCR from you can rent DSLR!

Not happy with their service and they make excuses in returning the security money very bad service

3rd class company and unprofessinal staff change their words in seconds.dont take any kind of product from them they just make fool of u very unsatisyied

Ordered Nikon 3400. Paid the booking amount. Camera not delivered and rentoclick stopped responding without any explanation

Worst. They cancelled the order after getting money over phone and still not updating in system to delay refund process

So we went to Maldives and on the last day of departure, I searched for a solution for action camera on rent. Got their contact and contacted them for the same. Initially it was very hard to believe that renting GoPro 11 Black was this easy? Thought that its too good to be true. I had to leave at 6pm and i contacted them at 12pm. The lady was very well behaved and told me that she can get it delivered by 5pm in the evening and on the same day. Again this was to good to be true. Sith a lot of speculations and thoughts in my mind, i paid them a mere amount of 200rs as a booking amount. They delivered it to me as promised at 5pm with more mounts than i asked for. Everything went so smoothly, the camera was perfect. If I didn't opt for it, i would've had regrets not taking an action camera to maldives. Recorded snorkelling and the whole ocean. Loved it. Love the service they provide. A bit pricier but i opted for the latest and the brightest in the GoPro series. You can opt for a lower version and can get cheaper. Delivery people were knowledgeable and well behaved. Everything went smoothly.

Great job guys, you made my trip memorable. Will recommend others and will again opt for your services whenever I'll require it. Great Job! Life Savors! Thank you.

I have order camera on rent, It delivered to me on time. He have explained each and everything about camera to me. I am happy with the fast service.

They are very helping at the time of delivery but when it comes to pick up they will charge you for the whole day even if you return the items before 12: 00 noon.
In my case they said that ladka ghar aaya tha aapke but apne call pick nahi kara… In reality ladka aaya tha he called me on whatsapp jis time mera net off tha, and didn’t even rang my door bell not even a single message that I am coming to pick up the item. And iske bad they blame you for everything and charge you for the whole day! Seriously this is the heights of unprofessionalism!
I will never use the services again and would never recommend anyone to use.

And they also ask you provide good feedback at the time of delivery itself and ask you to give them 5 stars and write good things about them.

Pathetic service I spent whole day to make them understand the brief then they promised me the costing but instead they vanished …

I am very Happy with Kamal who is working in Rent O Click and service is very good. Kamal is very friendly person and also, product is very good, there was no demage part. I would like to recoommand for rent DSLR from Rent O Click. Thanks Team and Kamal.

Only one time your executive was come and what he did i know.first time Your sale team said to me come to hub and collect your Go Pro.
And when iam on middle of way he called me and said sorry its not possible.
(You dont value Customer time.)

And Yes said to me send equipment with your assistance but Tell me its make sense?
First for which production that i am working They allow a stranger? And second for many time i said its a change to extend the service that time where your assistant stay? Eat?

I was waiting for 3 days and by 1: 15 i text and said he didn't come then he said i said 1-2pm
Then i also have to do work i said sir listen just cancel my order

Because Rent o click are too big organisations I can't afford your expensive equipment and their services.
They not value customer time

Good service. We took gopro hero 8. Worked perfectly fine. All mounts were also good. Back up battery alone was an issue. Otherwise all in all, a good product service with pick uo and delivery.

This was my first experience renting a camera. I rented GoPro 9 for 5 days for my thailand trip. I already had a Gopro 7 which got dead. I think instead of purchasing new phone you should rent latest model and use that on your every trip. Rentoclick pricing is very nominal. Security amount will be refunded when you return the camera safely.

I had a good experience as far as booking and delivery of camera is done. Camera is in good condition and it is delivered professionally with due delligence done on both the sides.

It was a very good experience renting from RentOClick as they work in a very professional manner, u can go ahead without thinking twice to deal with them.

I held some issue but they fixed my problem and delivered the camera oin midnight,
Overall they were on time and friendly with us.

If you are going for a trip and need GoPro than this company has all what you need.competitive price. They don't include the pickup and drop date's in the package. U only pay for the days you need it. And product quality is also good. On time drop and on time pickup. Smooth and easy to use.

I discovered rentoclick when I was planning my first solo trip in 2019. I still remember I was waiting at the metro station for GoPro Hero 8 and apparently all the delivery guys were on duty at that moment so the owner Chetan himself arrived and delivered my equipments. It was my first time holding a Gopro in my hand. I was pretty nervous. Chetan was kind enough to give me a proper demo on how to use the gadget and just stood there until I was confident. I have been using their services ever since. I always rent cameras, mics etc from them whenever I plan my travel. And they have always delivered as promised. Here are some photos from my latest trip where I rented the all new GoPro Hero 10. Thanks a lot Rentoclick for being an essential part of my travel journey since 2.5 years. I am glad that I came across this company. Kudos to their hardwork and dedication towards customer satisfaction.

Putting again on behalf of muskan bhatia that this is a fraud company. I got no refund. They have mentioned but I got nothing. Don't believe them. Fraud company.

I was searching for camera on rent but many website were expensive or they were asking money but they dont have any reviews so dont know there autheticity.

Then rentoclick was the first website i can trust befause it has reviews as well as reasonable price.

In morning they said yes to deliver the product but on the timing of product they denied.
This is not the way you deal with your customers.

Mr. Govind promised me a lens, took advance on paytm and then said the lens is not available.my trip got postponed because of it. Please deal fair with people!

I rented GoPro 9 with all the accessories for my Indrahar trek. For a first timer, experience was delightful. I was hesitant with all the mixed reviews but Mr. Chetan instilled me with the confidence and we went ahead. Despite a few hiccups like delivery and not including the screw for mounts, the experience was smooth. My trip extended for more than agreed days and I was even unreachable for 2 more days. The owner has worked hard and what started as a one man show has become a 1 stop shop for most of your digital requirements. Latest tech added as soon as it is available in market. Rent a GoPRO Hero 8 for my trip, absolutely easy rent and return process.
Highly recommended.

Searched lots of service providers on internet but decided to go with RentOclicK and completely amazed after getting the lens delivered right on time and also the return process took only 5 minutes. Best thing is that their process is very simple. Submit any ID proof + a post-dated cheque as security amount and DONE… you're good to go with any gear. The lens I used is very costly over 1.5 lacs but it costed me few thousands to use it for over 4-5 days. Going to be a long customer of RentOclicK now and wishing good luck to them for a prosper business ahead. Thank You RentOclicK!

I rented a 70-3000mm lens. Timely and prompt response while renting. It was on short notice. Great Job.

But while refunding the security amount things changed. I had to follow up multiple times. And one does not say to a client that we couldn't do this or that because we do not have only one client.

I am an architectural photographer. I rented canon 200d, 18-55,55-250,10-18 lenses on 9th of October.
And they only delivered canon 6d, 11-16mm lens. And they didn't even inform on time about the deliverables and left me helpless. I lost two clients because of them.

I won't suggest this app to anyone.
They don't respond on time and have zero problem solving skills.

Rentrd canon 1500D for 4 days.rate came around 2100 including gst for office pickup.excellent customer service and support.

Booked Camera for two days with home delivery, process is very good and smooth, simple payment method on time delivery and pickup. I suggest to check directly on call before going to book online, you might get good deal.

I own a video production company and always rent various equipments with these guys. The delivery service is on time. All equipments are in good condition. The only suggestion I would like to give is that please try to clean the camera and lens before delivering to the clients. Rest everything is fine:)

Worst company, most unproffesional people, liars, they will keep staling you til the last min, tell you that they can fulfill your request and will call back to process your booking or share the booking details in a while but they never do, at last they will stop picking your calls. If you have enough time to waste.do try them.our whole function got ruined due to there lies and unprofessional behaviour
