For 2000 inr bills-
RBI works Monday to friday 10: 30am- 2: 30pm for 2000 inr note exchange.
There is huge lineup for forms and then there is another line up for Note exchange, it will take around 4hours, -5 hours to exchange your notes, Alternatively there r agents on the footpath exchanging it for 1700-1800inr in lieu of 2k notes, otherwise its better to be there at 7am and take tokens.

I have sent 19 Rs. 2000 banknotes from US to this RBI (6 Sansad Marg) in New Delhi 110001 via FedEx and this RBI received it on Nov 20th 2023 based on documentation i.e. FedEx tracking number. I was highly impressed that all banknotes has been deposited in my account just within three weeks after receiving it from the USA. The RBI bank staff members, I spoke were highly responsible, trustworthy, professional and provided an accurate and timely information which was helpful and sufficient. I think the services provided by this RBI are excellent and much appreciated. A big "Thank you" to this RBI bank!

Should not play in the hands of government and allow them to use reserves. Always keep in mind common people before increasing repo rate. And who will secure people from online fraud? Who will aware public about make their money safe?

Worst Banking systems for our country. Looting middle class public money in the name of Housing loan. Interest rating increasing 4 to 5 times in a year.and not highlighting online banking money fraud.i have seen everyday in Bangalore itself more than 200 people are getting cheat by online scammers people are come and stand in que in cyber police to give complaints. Majority of people's won't get that money back.even bank staff says it's our fault, so they can't help anything about returning the money to who lost their money by online fraud. RBI Not giving any awareness. They should give ads in TV and news channels. Than only people will come to know about this online bank fraud.

Made a complaint with RBI Ombudsman but complaint was resolved without hearing me. Even no one contact me and complaint was resolved. I don't know why this Ombudsman was made when they are not willing to provide a rational judgement.
