I was visiting in the hospital last time 6th of January, doctor was suggesting me you come here after 4 week, Today 10th of February I'm visiting again they charged me 800/= rupees for followup, they telling me you come after 14 days that's why we asked 200/= extra that's our policy. They should be charge 600/= I give them 200 extra?
I got treated for my left and right kidney stones with doctor Harbans Singh on 13/12/2023. Doctor behaviour and treament is good. For URS treatment i got admitted on 3rd floor staff was good and experianced in injecting medicines in cannula. For stent removal RIRS, i got admitted on ground floor on 4/1/2024 my experiance was really bad with day, afternoon staff. Morning staff put cannula in my thin vein it pained me lot and my hand also pained a lot. I recommend get the medictaions with trained staff. 3rd floor nursing team is really good. Thanks Aditi
Worst experience ever, the patient was mistreated and was misbehaved with during the operation by the nursing staff. The patient cried in pain and a doctor was not called on the grounds that they are in the Operation Theatre. When she was unable toh breathe and cried in pain the doctor was finally called.

Best hospital for Urology Best Doctors they have But in patient worst situation you have to wait lot for ultrasound nobody will help you You have to wait Two-Three hours for your ultrasound in any condition. I feel bad for this atleast you see the condition of your patient And in hospital they have only one ultrasound machine which is wrong they must have atleast two Machines
My experience at RG stone is very good. I had a gall bladder surgery by Dr. Manish Sharma.he is very good, polite Dr nd explain everything in detail.nd staff is also very supportive nd hospital is also neat and clean.
Staff was good. Medical care was good. No internet connection, No wifi, No signals. Hospital should provide atleast wifi for everyone so that if there are no signals for the mobile network, they can have a connectivity 24hrs with Wifi.
Everything was perfectly good, But the rating 1 is given for not providing the basic necessities a wifi & a hand towel in bathroom.
Please be focus on these things as your building doesn't have mobile network so provide patients or their attendent with a wifi connectivity.
1st Time Experience
My next appointment is on 8th April, I think having this feedback today, hospital will work upon this and provide me a better facility as I am Paying a much higher amount for my treatment to the hospital.
The behaviour of Dr S. N goyal is very arrogant. I visited for my kidney stone treatment, my urine was blocked and I was feeling severe pain from last day. I went to RG stone and visited doctor S. N goyal he did not accepted my c.t scan which was 3-4 days old. Instead he forced me to do a fresh scan from a nearby centre and assured me that he will operate me the same day when I returned with the report he denied saying he is buzy and cannot operate me. Also when he saw my report he said that they will remove the singlestone which was blocking the urine and will leave the other and said they will be automatically removed in due course of time (He was expecting me to come again for the same procedure). I felt cheated. This was not expected from such a prestigious hospital.
It's been a good experience overall with RG Stone. My gallbladder stone surgery is has been done very efficiently. I didn't even recognition when it's happen. No worry about massive weigh on your head. RG Stone is very professional and easy to peper documentation work from admission, Opd, through cashless facility of health insurance. Staff of hospital is good in servicing. A big big thanks to Dr manish sharma ans his efficient team.
I was Suffering from two Stones size 11 n 13mm in Gall Bladder. Experienced Dr. Manish D Sharma and his team did my GB Surgery, removed my GB Successfully. Next day discharge, Dr. Sahab is very soft hearted n sweet person too. Thanks God I was in safe hands. All staff of RG stone Pitampura is very friendly. God Bless everyone. Suggestion: Need lot of Improvement in quality of food which provide to Patient and his/her attendant.

When I need to discharge in morning they took around mrng to evening time to go home back. Very poor service on that time. This hospital not good the service workers.
I would like to draw your attention that, I with my wife went to RG hospital, pitampura on 9th January 2023 to take consultation for my wife from dr. S. N Goyal.
While explaining our problem to doctor, he started treating us as if we are villagers and unaware of anything about ourselves. He was very rude to us. He did not want to give us any medications for disease. After so many requests he wrote 3 medicines on prescription. This gesture is so disrespectful to us. He was angrily replying to whatever we were saying. He was insulting us in front of his subordinates, as if we have done mistake for doctor's consultation. It was our first visit to RG hospital. If this is how you treat your patients, we will never visit your hospitals. Kindly teach some manners to your staff Dr. S. N. Goyal.

I would only recommend this hospital if you don’t have any other options. No doubt the medical facilities provided were good but the other facilities were quite pathetic. The staff at the reception was behaving like a jerk, he was adamant on the fact that they don’t accept RT PCR reports from govt hospital chains even it was duly signed and stamped by the CMO hospital. Another issue is about the Canteen/Dietary department, they dont serve the meals/dieatary supplements even after 2 hours (as per schedule) even after numerous reminders and they put the handsfree out of the instrument so that nobody gets connected to them. Even the local hospital staff on duty are facing issues with them, still nobody at the management level bothers to take any corrective action.
I am the patient my last last meal was 9 am which i had from my house after the operation doctor suggested to give me meal at 9 pm it's almost 10 pm still waiting for my food I am starving nobody listens to my complaint I just hoping I would get my meal
Had undergone surgery from Dr Harbans for stone removal but after one or two month 3 stones were found in ultrasound very disappointed after spending a huge amount not recommended this hospital

Visited for Laparoscopy Hernia Surgery of my Relative. Dr Manish is good Doctor. Will share rest After treatment. First time consultation fee is 1000/ (Which is valid for 3 days) Second visit fee within 14 days is 600/ After 14 days consultation fee is 800/.
My mother had a stone of 14mm and she had gone for the treatment. We were assigned Dr. S. N. Goyal and would ask you not to ever get yourself treated from him.
Firstly, his temperament was very bad. He did not have the courtesy to talk properly or explain the process to us. Secondly, Dr. Goyal told us that he would put the stunt in the first procedure, keep the stunt inside for 15 days and then remove it with the leftover miniscule stones left in the kidney. On the day of stunt removal, he took my mother in the OT and did not remove the stunt and after the procedure he suggested that my mother keeps the stunt for the next 15 days. It has been a nightmare since past 2 months. After a month, he removed the stunt and soon after 3,4 days my mom had a severe UTI infection, for which he neither warned us nor gave us assistance. My mom is still recovering from the infection.
If you are going for stone removal procedure at RG stone, I would highly discourage you to consult Dr. SN Goyal.
Pathetic Service and hospital, irresponsible nursing staff and doctors, once the patient is admitted in the hospital, the staff as well as doctor's doesn't care about the patient, no BP, fever testing on time, no medicine on time, you have to follow up with the staff for medicine and routine checking, chilled glucone-d provided to the patient who is suffering from the cold.
We heard about RG stone and since I have been a kidney stone patient for almost 9 years so we decided to get it treated at this branch. The emergency services are horrible to say the least. Any stone larger than 7mm which is stuck needs to removed via an operation; till that time the patient suffers excruciating pain and vomitting. I went to this branch, hoping to get admitted. They just gave pain meds and released me from emergency despite informing them that I'm having recurrent pain attacks (with close to a 1cm stone being stuck). They assured that if a pain attack occurs we can come back to emergency anytime, even late night. Well we did rush to them late night, but their emergency service is a sham. No. Doctor available, guard didn't allow us to go to the emergency room. They just asked us to go to some other hospital. So Think twice before choosing RG stone. They don't care for patients.
I had a surgery for ureteric stone removal.very experienced doctors are here.it was okay till surgery but when I got admitted for stent removal I faced severe hygiene issues.the staff gave me the blanket full of hair.after complaining they again gave me a blanket with hairs on it.then after complaining for the third time they gave me clean blanket.then at the time of taking temperature the nurse put the thermometer in my mouth which was used in some patient's armpit.it was stinking.when I asked her she said we don't give new thermometer to the stent removal patients.then on questioning why was that thermometer not cleaned and sanitized? She started to argue with me.it was not only an issue of hygiene but is was an issue of my safety also.so I am not satisfied with the staff and services they give against the amount they charge for ur.

Worst experience, they charge you unnecessary bill, the staff is rude and stupidest a hospital can have, I doubt even the doctor who attended us was not confident and inexperienced that he had to always call someone and look through file again and again, even when they made the ops form observations, he just copy pasted the finding I had in my file from my family doctor.
Guys, this hospital was my worst nightmare, don't ever go their, they will charge you for bogus inventory, and over that their reception guy is so disrespectful, he says मुझे नहीं पता, मेरे पास ये पर्चा आया है आपको ये देना ही होगा.

Hospital with all bases covered. Reception guys are fools, trust me. Dont fall in the trap, go only with the recommendation and YES, YOU CAN BARGAIN! TPA can get approved easily. They will discharge in a single day, but boss dont trust them, make them sign everything.
Once the patient is discharged, they will not entertain your calls and if patient is in emergency, they will not listen

Guys just don't visit them, they are looting money like anything. I hv paid 1,15000 rs for 14mm kidney stones removal. Although it waS through TPA but still money is money. They hv dalals roaming around the reception area who will misguide you. Unnecessary scans and multiple blood tests are very normal here. If you still wish to visit you can as money is yours and health is also yours.
This is a place of thieves and robbers. Please don't go here for treatment. They will run senseless tests and basically try to stretch out a simple procedure as much as possible. My aunt was admitted for a simple kidney stone operation. Instead of a Laparoscopy they did a Stent procedure and kept the procedure going for a full month. They took 1.5 lakh in the end for what was a simple stone removal. Please save your money and find a better place for treatment. They don't give a rats as a about the patients discomfort or pain. Theyre here only to make money and run their clinic.
I am deeply impressed by the professional competence of Dr. Harbans Singh, the senior Urologist at the Centre. After an unsatisfactory Prostrate operation in April 2012 at some other hospital I consulted Dr Singh on a doctor friend advice. After examining all the relevant medical reports he informed me that operation was deficient and I might have to go for it again after 5/6 years. In Sept 2017 I had some blood in my urine and this started my regular consultations with him. Dr Singh is a man of few words, but very relevant words. He patiently explains the existing medical condition and prognosis of the treatment. Patients develop confidence in his treatment. He does only that what is medically required and don't make the patients go here and there for unnecessary tests. I am very satisfied and feel safe under his care.
