One of the worst experiences ever, not even sittings could be completed even in 13 months! Hopeless and horrible services, staff extremely rude
Dr is still sensible rest pathetic services and they only care about money!

Technician staff is good otherwise all staff behaviour is not good and they're not understand what's the matter for customer call, if I need appointment I need to - 3-5 call after that she's reply my call, Rajouri Garden branch specially not good not listen properly and call attended and reception staff can't help and take quick action all lazy staff and talk with additut it's not good way of talking. way of talking place is absolutely pathetic. They will convince you to take their service and once you fall for their trap, trust me your money is gone. None of their centers are good and customer service is absolutely poor.some time the haven’t machine some time staff not available some time staff going for training so many excuses the have please close this branch.

Very Very unprofessional female staff,
I made complete payment for full body laser hair removal treatment, i got 6th laser session out of 10 and i want to get 7th session and i called her multiple times, she told me we will update you, we will update you and we call back within 10 mints but she never call back and didn't give any update after that she cut the call after listening my voice,
So I never recommend to everyone

Very bad experience. I took an appointment and after that they told me to order 3 months product together then i ordered from then more than 6k of product. And they told me it will reach to my address all the product within two three days. And now its been more than 10 days and when i called on clinic number they just say they will give a ca back on my number and till now i didnt recieved any call

It will take ages to book appointment. U need to follow up to get appointment but it's a task there. Go there on your own risk

This is a horrible place and they are money minded, they charge as per Rich feel status and supplying quality worst then a local supplier, Shweta is a fraud lady working here and she speaks politely at the time of taking advance and after that she is impossible to trace, most busy lady on the globe. Please avoid this place.

This place is absolutely pathetic. They will convince you to take their service and once you fall for their trap, trust me your money is gone. Center Owners if you lack employees / tools please work on that first before trapping new customers.

I am visiting at rajouri garden branch for more than 2 years. Took 2 different services - hairfall treatment (0 result) (hair removal treatment - not at all satisfactory result).

InitIt's been around 2 years that they are unable to complete my 12 seating for hair removal treatment till date. I am taking the hair removal treatment from Richfeel but since day one struggling to book the appointment. Even after booking the visit well in advance for 1 month or even 2 months before. Same tend to get canceled without any prior notification.

I have to take the followup whether my appointment is confirmed or not. I booked my last appointment in the month of November end, I guess for 3rd week of Feb 2022.2 days before I took the follow up before visiting the outlet and I was refused for that day and since then I have been told that machine is under maintenance. I am taking the regular followup but no booking is confirmed till now.

Fedup with their service. I was told to renew my package as it is going to over which I refused stating clearly that there is no satisfactory result also I have to struggle to book the appointment. Post that, I am unable to get my pending seating. Will never recommend anyone.

Do not waste your money on these people. They have super bad customer service once you start using there service. It’s a total waste of money. It’s better to go and see someone who is expert in hair transplant and have knowledge. The girls sitting inside pretend to be a doctor. They are not and not knowledgable. The whole clinic is very unprofessional. They even hire doctor from outside other clinics on commissions. Total waste of time and money specially with this company. This whole Richfeel is scam and stay away from them if you want to save time and money.

I had visited this place for laser hair removal and have had 6 sessions. Hair growth has reduced and the process was almost pain free. Post that I had also consulted for hair fall issues for which they recommended TST for hairfall and anagrow for increasing hair health. I’ve seen major improvements in hair health and hair loss has somewhat reduced.

After taking money for online consultation i didn't receive any call from there side.pathetic service

Overall good experience and technicians are very well trained, soft spoken and well verse with their work. Especially sangeeta, who go extra mile to accommodate and handle clients pretty well. Good place for hair laser. I must recommend.

Excellent experience, good results and specially head massages by Sangeeta TST+. Must recommended for results.

The TST sessions (excellently done by shefali and sangeeta) along with HHT for hairfall (done by shefali- excellently) are very helpful for hairfall. It takes time but hairfall gets reduced. I have been using their hair oil and shampoo and its effective. Staff is really co-operative. Also i have taken up laser hair reduction sessions (done by Sangeeta again an excellent staff) is good. Overall my experience is good. Would love to recommend.

Pathethic want my money back. Not getting appointment from 2 weeks. They will call you thousand time for selling a product but will not give you appointment,

I have taken lazer therapy for hair reduction here. The results are very slow and they just want you to keep extending your package. Very greedy people, keep trying to persuade you for treatment you don't even need. Also, I bought their products, Day cream and Night cream for Hair Reduction and were good to use and used them till around 6 months. But after that the Day cream has spoiled, even when it still has 1.5 more years to expire. The creams texture has changed and granules have started appearing in it. And when I complained them about it, they initially told me that they would exchange it. But when I took it to them they started lying to my face that they never committed to it even when they could see the difference in texture of the cream I had and the fresh product they had. They said that since I have used almost half of the product, they can't exchange it now, avoiding the fact that it got spoiled after some time of purchase and use. But if the product has not expired and still has gone bad then you are liable to exchange and can't deny that.

About rajouri garden clinic.the staff is too greedy and making money in different different ways. They are selling their products without showing any pemplets and asking to pay for single single products.i have hair fall problem it has been 1 month n still didn't get bill from there. 0% improvement in hair fall
My suggestion is for everyone first think very carefully then take treatment, if you have lots of credit cards n debit cards then take treatment from there, else they will ruin you.

I have seen the post over the Instagram that you guys are charging 2k per month which is for 3months 6sessions and hair supplements. I have been charged approx 17700rs like a week or 10day before I mean this is not fair.
