They burnt my skin
They have poor billing
And they didn’t even deliver all of my sessions

On top of that, their customer care is their biggest failure.

All in all, I would not recommend anyone to go to them for anything.

Excellent service provided. Actully taken transplant dwarka branch (only service) but doctor not a good surgeon. He did not do the transplant properly. My transplant is fail in 6 month only. I was transplanted at Rohini branch by Dr. Ashish.

BEWARE from Richfeel and its Dwarka Centre. They (Ms Shraddha - Sales person & Doctors, Dwarka centre) will commit so many things while selling any product or services but once you face any issue after purchasing it, they will not bother to listen your problems. I bought hair systems from richfeel in Feb 2020 and unbearable ithiching problem after using it. I didn't sleep for 25 days while using the hair patch. Even I had wounds on my head post using the hair system. Patch got loosed in 2-3 days at the first time and in 15-17 days at the time of 2nd service. Upon complaint, no one take any action. They (Ms Ashwini - centre manager, Mr Khurshid - Hair dresser, Ms Monali Shah - Head customer care) will pretend that they understand customers concern but no one really bother about it. And after few days they won't even bother to revert on your emails and calls. So guys beware from such a company who swallow up your money. @DrSonalAShah, @Pradeepthakur, @drapoorvashah

Horrible experience, worst customer service. Paid upfrontly for laser treatment and following up to get appointment been 6 months no one is bother to fix my complaint.

Fraud company Fraud people. Myself Gaurav Deshwal I had to go under hair transplant. I had paid the amount to them 1 year back only. They are playing games with me every time they schedule the date and then deny at last moment. This time also my appointment was scheduled on 11th Oct 2020. I have gone through all the test required. On 10oct night from clinic side I got a simple message your transplant date is cancelled. I mean what kind of service is this. I have already spent 1lakh rupee 100000 on this and still bare hand. Soon I m going to Sue this organization. I would request not to use this pathetic clinic at all.

I am taking DT & PBT section from this clinic. The work done by Moni Technician is commendable and the guidance given by the doctor is also very nice. They both knows there job very well really satisfied by there treatment Happy by work thank you Moni & Doctor Mam

What an unprofessional behaviour and staff. Inspite of booking an appointment for a scheduled time, it is being informed to me after reaching the clinic that doctor isn’t available and i can come tomorrow. I mean what’s the point of an appointment?

No result of the treatment and they refuse to give the money back. Please don't opt for them because they will charge you a bomb and a year later you will realise you have lost all the money too like you lost your hair.

Overall good but the front line lady is soooooo disgusting that a bald feels really bad there. Kindly replace her with an enthusiastic guy or gal.

I'm very despointed from this clinic, they alwys try to looting money from customers, I visited this store last month for hair fall problem, the lady doctor ask me tell what's your problem for, then I explained my problem after that, she did not check my hair or scalp didn't check my hair fall problem she call her assistant & told me that, u can go with my assistant & purchase medicines, her assistant give me 1 shampoo 1 hair oil 1 tablet & ask me to pay your bill, the bill amount is 8769/- I was shocked without any checkup they all are make me fool with is heavy rate product, I told to her u have any small size of this product bcz once i will check this product its shuts me or not & also I didn't have sufficient money to buy this bigger size, she said no I have only bigger size. They all are makes u fool always, looting money from u. Didn't solve your problem the doctors only sold this clinic product. Making money from u only.
