RICHLOOK

Richlook store located in the main Malviya Nagar market. This store is quite big and has quite large stock. Plus there are always offers going. The staff is well behaved and professional. Being a regular visitor, i recommend visiting the store. Timings are normal ie 11 am to 9 pm. Usually not very crowded during the day time but might be bit crowded during evenings. The prices are modest and quality of products is decent.

Poor replacement policy. Should change the name to poor look. Showroom of defective goods.

Today i purchased two shirts from this shop
They are running an offer buy two n get three free
I paid the 50 % of the bill
It was there duty to give me the offer or explain
In evenning i called for this offer n clarify
They simply reused.
I felt like i m being cheated

Its not a healthy practice they r doing to promote the business
