I booked Honda Elevate and took delivery 2 days back. The experience from booking to delivery was very smooth and amazing. There was almost no waiting time at the showroom when I went for delivery. It just 30-45 mins to get the car and drive back!

It is a big showroom but divided in two two. Half portion is Honda City and other half is M G Moters. Area is congested due to BMW car office is on ground floor and Honda and G M moters on first floor. Staff is polite and having a good sitting arrangement. Providing Tea Coffee and water frequently

Lost Remote during First Service of my New Amaze at Ring Road Honda Moti Nagar. They are not returning it even after multiple follow ups.

I got first service of my new Amaze from Ring Road Honda, Karampura, Moti Nagar Delhi on 24th September, 2023. Few days before, I tried to use the remote of the music system I found that the battery of the remote was discharged completely. Before I could replace the battery first service got scheduled. As a matter of my bad luck, before handing over the car to the driver who came from Ring Road Honda, I forgot to remove the remote of my music system from the rear seat. Later, when I searched for remote, I found it missing. Thereafter, I made several calls and spoken to various staff members, but the remote could not be traced. Now, during the entire journey of around one hour in the morning and 1.5 to 2 hours in the evening I am entirely dependent on my driver to play music as per my choice. Family members are also criticising the way Ring Road Honda is showing their helplessness to return or arrange another remote for us.

We visited the showroom today. Mr. Prince Kumar hosted us very well and was polite in showing us the new car models. Thank you.

Very Very Poor service, I have purchased Insurance through them and have faced so many troubles during claim settlement.my suggestion- if you receive any call from ring road Honda insurance team block it.

I took car delivery on 2 October 2022 around 3pm. I parked the car safely in my parking that day. But in morning when i was cleaning my car i saw a big scratch on front bumper which was painted. I raised the complaint to my sales person and he told me to visit showroom for the solution. But when i visited showroom they simply denied that this is not their fault.

Ok service, quality of workmanship could be better. The Service advisors are prompt and courteous. Overall just about average quality with high pricing.

When will the the service class of this country learn that you have to say sorry instead of blaming the client? Until the time you learn this, you will remain at whatever station you are in life. The 20 something year old kids need to understand this. We were looking to spend 15 lacs on the car and now its all zero. Because of one foolish hire. Stop hiring idiots, honda. He kept blaming me for sending him the wrong location for demo. If he had just been soft, patient, not arrogant - i would have heard him out.

Everyone from this service center who calls you will have different stories to tell you. No consistency in the behaviour of the service team and the people who book you for service. They will not answer your questions clearly if you ask about the specefics of service. A few members of staff are good, rest everyone is trying to thug you. Really disappointed.

Pathetic car service center, and most illiterate service advisor Rahul, don't know how to talk to customer and solve any issue in service. Earlier used to send my honda car at other service center, first time i sent my car in moti nagar under Rahul but totally bad and worst experience. Don't know how Honda can recruit Guy like Rahul who don't know even ABCD of service and customer satisfaction.

Pathetic service quality. I gave my honda amaze car for service today. They didn't bother to touch the car from inside. Pathetic is the word. Mats were not touched, carpet was in a filty condition, side bottle holders were so dirty that I can't even tell, seat covers were in so bad condition that even if we clean them a wet cloth it will get clean.but no they didn't bother. This the the 2nd time the same thing has happened. After sales service is so poor that is not expected at all

A really nice dealership. We were treated pretty nicely here and they the dealer we got was also a very good person. They can also get your car to your home for you to test drive it if you don't want to travel. Talk to Vinay Sharma just in case. He's a really nice person who is also very knowledgeable about his vehicles

Very poor service, don't care customer complaint, very poor, and behaviour is very bad, rude behaviour.

Good service facilities provided and helpful staff who explains the details with patience when asked.

2. Same day delivery. If not in the weekend.

1. High charges.

How A small employee can throw the reputation of Organization can always be felt at RING ROAD HONDA.

Edit: Went again to pickup a part I had ordered. After making me wait for 20mins, no advisor was ready to open the RO so the part could be billed. One of the advisors Mr. Mandeep sent a junior stating he was busy (and he was just sitting on chair). I ultimately came back without the part. Pathetic customer service. Why can't you just invoice the part to customer. The advisor gave a reply "Sir yeh company hai, we do things differently here. You can't just walk in and buy the part". If that's the experience you want your customers then you are in the wrong business.

Old Experience: Went there for service of my Honda city. Had a good experience.

Second service and such a bad experience. Didn't expect this from Honda. Despite mentioning the problems, the technicians writing it down, and reminding them - no work done on the
things we complained about. Rather when we received the car and checked that the problems were as they were, they said "the car ships with these things". So you guys admit that my car shipped from the factory with the mentioned defects?

Long story short, incompetent service centre which won't give two craps about the issues you have in your car. I wonder if they even did the basic oil check and top up or not. I'd think thrice before giving the car to these people.

Excellent experience. Ample parking space. Courteous and honest staff who, instead of pushing hard to close a deal, took time to understand my needs and made appropriate suggestions. Due to thick traffic on the road, I could not take a test drive but the staff was super nice to send a test vehicle to my home the next day. Happy and satisfied. Highly recommended.

BAD CUSTOMER DEALING, AFTER BILLING U WILL REALISE IT, IN MY CASE THEY GAVE ME INSURANCE OF MY AMAZE OF RS. 21000 BUT THEY HAVE ACTUALLY CHARGED ME RS. 31000 & they CHARGED 12000 FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY but they promised to wave it off before
full payment is made they don't keep up to their WORDS. IT'S A TRAP TRY SOME OTHER SHOWROOM INSTEAD.

Quality is not up to mark, main concern of the Dealer is to make the money than quality of service, prices are unreasonable. Not recommended at all.

Bad customer dealing. The person dealing with us keeps changing, they keep answering calls during discussion. Directly talk about price before even explaining any single feature in the car. Took forever to get us a test drive and then had to walk a lot to reach the dirty roadside spot where their cars were parked for test drive.

We went to a nearby Hyundai showroom just around and they were super nice and sorted. Everyone at the showroom was nice not just those dealing with the car sale directly
They offered tea/coffee and soft drinks. They made sure we had a place to sit. Wish we would just buy from there.

Congusted in terms of service cars. Advisors are less in number as compared to cars load.
Entry and exit gate is same so it makes a kios and wastes a lot of time.
Car after service is a plus. Over all service is good here and that is more important.

Stay at the garage while your car is getting serviced and repaired, especially if it's a new car. Don't forget to remove unnecessary charges from the bill because Staff has to meet their daily targets. Reach the garage as early as 8am to save time as weekends are hectic here. They have a wait g lounge from where you can closely monitor your car getting serviced or repaired.

Good to increase your knowledge about car before going to any mechanic using YouTube etc. Check prices online and compare them. Local mechanics are the worst though.

Routine car service charge is too high. Just a wash and replacement of oil and air filters has cost ₹4100.

Plenty of food options are avilable outside like halidram and other options are karam pura.
Nearest metro station is moti nagar and from other side if you are coming from rohini Or north delhi side then inderlok metro station.

Sales staff is good, even after selling the vehicle they are there for your help for years.service staff only wants to sell useless things.

When they call you for feed back if it is bad they will never call you back for even asking the matter

When I check my car perpersonally they did not even open the part
It was just charged in my bill
Telling you all again Nvr trust these people
If you want to ggive your car service to these people make sure you are standing next to your car
