Made the mistake of booking of a Honda City. Mr Purab from the branch must have called a billion calls to release the down payments and then called incessantly to pick up the car.
After waiting nearly two hours to pick up the car it was still lying covered in dust in pathetic condition. Car wasn’t ready, documents weren’t ready.
Hopeless customer service. Really regret making a purchase from here.

I enquired about city 4th gen and the executive, after checking confirmed delivery om Sunday, 17th July 2022. I booked and after booking they refused their commitment and mentioned there is a waiting of 2 months. Surely, the dealership is not reliable and trustworthy.
When will the the service class of this country learn that you have to say sorry instead of blaming the client? Until the time you learn this, you will remain at whatever station you are in life. The 20 something year old kids need to understand this. We were looking to spend 15 lacs on the car and now its all zero. Because of one foolish hire. Stop hiring idiots, honda. He kept blaming me for sending him the wrong location for demo. If he had just been soft, patient, not arrogant - i would have heard him out.
Sorry to document it like this, as I usually do not give negative remarks for anyone. These people will tell you only good things about the car they want to sell. And hide negatives.
They told me that Honda City require servicing at 10K. Rest all questions were beating around the bush at the time of sale. At service station executive tells that it is 6 monthly. (Probably the only petrol car with twice in year service schedule)
BUY HONDA CITY WITH CAUTION AS YOUR MAINTENANCE COST WILL BE DOUBLE AND PROBABLY MORE THAN DOUBLE FROM OTHER BRAND CARS.
Pathetic sales tactics. Sales people just want to sell number of car by hook or crook. Beware of fraud dealers.
Hopeless service. Advisors are not interested in dealing with the clients. We had to visit and look at car ourselves. They could not even provide test drive.
I own a white Honda amaze DL14CC4249. I always get fast and reliable service from Ring Road Honda. Five stars to service advisor Mr. Gaurav Malhotra. I suggest everyone should ask for Mr. Gaurav when giving their car for service at RR Honda.
Its around two months after car purchase to follow up sales commitment. Its embarrassing to call regularly for small items. Not a professional organisation. If you dont want to spoil your new car experience, please be away from this unprofessional sales team. Once you start following the free items commited, they will behave as if you are begger. I gave 5 star rating on the day i purchased honda city, now i am changing to correct deserve rating for cp branch.
