You must give your car for servicing to Ring Road Honda. They are reliable, prompt and have impressive follow-up. They render quality work with genuine parts used. I am saying this based on my personal experience. Although I had little bit argument with them about dry cleaning as they confirmed me first but then they were denied. But later after a good argument with them they did it.

Pathetic experience. Only spoiling honda brand. Roadside mechanics with zero experience can work in a much better manner. Since 2004, my cars were services at RR Honda, but the quality of work is disaster. Insurance claim work has caused corrosion all over the place. Replaced my tool kit with some other car, Boot latch broken post service, nuts started to corrode within 1 yr time span. HONDA REALLY NEEDS TO LOOK UPON THE QUALITY OF THEIR SERVICE CENTRES. On top of all this, they charge you exorbitantly.
Hi I am writing this note due to callous attitude of your service engineers towards maintenance of Vehicle. I have a Honda city (HR26 CF 4345) which had issue of warning sign coming up in display panel. These were Engine Oil /Door opening warnings. I took it to RR PG on 19th, they checked & told me that it was issue with electricals & my vehicle will be scanned & repaired. They Charged about Rs 2200 for it. From next day, the same issue started but I could take it to service station on 22nd. They again said my vehicle need thorough check. They again charged me for some diagnosis & cleaning worth Rs 5100… On 25th I spoke to CS manager in the morning & briefed the same. Soon after, again same issue came (Warning light for engine oil). This means your engineers are fooling around and charged me about Rs 7300 without resolving my issue. Now I fear, they may come with another excuse for it & again charge? Though, I will come to the service station at 9: 30, I want this issue to be resolved once in for all, that too without further charges. This incident has put my experience with RRPG to the lowest. I have invested more than 2.5 lacs in just this year to make my vehicle in best of the shape & this is least expected from your team. I went to service my car yesterday 22 nd DEC 2020. When I went to took my car back, the front light of my car was completely damaged with some polish. The agent was not able to do anything and making excuses. I was in hurry as yesterday was my daughter birthday but unfortunately due to HONDA it was very disappointing day for me. Service is too bad. Will never go again there.
Better than other showrooms and service stations. Though you may face minor issues here as well like delays and some extra efforts from your end for things but staff here is usually good. Cars are available readily for test drive. You can buy car from here.
I have had the worst experience in the last 8 months since I bought the car. I bought a Honda amaze from here which despite of being brand new has given me trouble almost every month. Unfortunately my car went for insurance claim for a crack in the windscreen. Despite of getting an insurance claim the work done by them was so bad that I had to keep going back to the workshop continuously. I sincerely recommend not buy a car from here. The only supportive and helpful member is the GM Mr. Rana so far and I'm greatful to him for looking into my case personally. Currently my car has again gone back to the workshop as the windscreen that was fixed under insurance has leakage and had been fit improperly. Which became visible during the rains. Now I dont know and neither can I trust that there wont be another problem in the car or if at all my unncessary trips to the workshop will end.
Above all, because of their errors I have had to waste hours of my valuable time and energy.
VP (Mr Sanjay), GM (Mr Rana) and staff need to be problem solvers nt to keep in hand any say I will do. In a Past 4 months they can't handle and solve a simple complaint.

The place is not places on a very big road, ee faced little issue of car parking space while taking our car for service. Services and facilities provided by the company are good. You will get good discount on new cars and consultancy provided is also good. You can purchase a new Honda car and also get service or mantainace at same place.
Ring road Honda Accord and service to you by the day is over so it doesn't get any questions or do I need to bring the car in the garage I have to get it on the day before that and service to get back to you by the end eating at home from the hospital today so I won't be back until Monday to get it done by Friday night so I can get this.
Very poor service by Ring Road Honda. I purchased Honda Amaze no. DL 4SAY 7830 from Ring Road Honda in February 2019. AC was not working due to some problem. My car was checked at R/Honda and Honda return my car next day. When I checked properly on delivery date front mirror was cracked. Honda officials promised to change the mirror but after some time they refused to change. Earlier also on two services car was scratched in service center. But no satisfactory reply was received. Worst experience in Ring Road Honda New Delhi.
Very bad service.advisor refuse to talk with the customers. An advisor named Mr.pooran is the laziest advisor here. He even didn't accept his mistake. They even didn't give their complaint book to the customers.
Recently had a very bad experience with this dealership on insurance renewal. They couldn't even send the policy hard document which I had to collect in person having no choice. Extremely poor customer centricity.
They provide very good service. All the employees are very cordial and friendly. They will provide you all the necessary information for all the products you are interested in. Especially sharma ji who assisted us there was very humble
Honda India need to focus on them as the service staff is so rude and don't know how to behave with customer it was my 3rd over here and still am not happy with the service. My was there for 1 day and still the service not done and they already take the amount and not giving back the amount as the service is not done.
Absolutely pathetic and horrible service. My car was kept for more than 15 days and the interior seats of the car have been completely ruined. The leather is no more of a leather now. They have put some chemical on it and so many handles are now having an oily surface. One gets car repaired in Company showroom to get beat care for car. But they have done the opposite. Total money waste. Avoid at all costs. Get work done from some other place. I have been a customer since 2011 and never got car done from outside, then also they are treating me like this. I will take further action if they dont restore my car.
This service centre servicing, cleaning, washing is not good. I have done four time servicing from this service centre but all the time my car did not service and washing.
Service is okay. Staff not professional and is rude at times. They will try their best to increase the service cost by adding useless and unnecessary things. The service which was to be done at approx 6-7k they were doing at 14k by adding misc.extra totally useless works.
