Very nice showroom and extremely helpful staff. Visited just before closing time this Diwali but Mr. Lalit Yadav was more than glad to help with our queries on Honda Amaze, even while most of the staff had left for Diwali to their homes, he was kind and patient enough to allow us some time. Thanks. Parking available and easy to reach. Nice location.

I have visited their showroom to get details for amaze and elevate but none of the employee is concerned about the customer everybody is busy in chatting and in phone I wait there for 10 min but no one came to me for anything so friends why to go such places who don't respect customers moreover don't care in responding many better options are available in market

Worst experience of visiting a car dealer. Not even a single person to attend customers. I waited to atleast 15-20 minutes but to no avail. The person at the reception was least bothered, and was only interested in talking on her phone.

This Honda showroom is a small outlet and only bears a single or two cars on display. Test ride vehicles are also not available when you ask for it. Staff scarcity is the main concern as they are located in the domestic and residential localities of Dwarka due to which the enquiries and footfall is high but less staff and less space gives limitations of attention. More scope of business is there if the Management increase the staff in the festive season or launch of new car from Honda.

Not a good place to buy car. Showroom staff is not good and you will not feel like you are buying from a luxury car showroom.

Totally useless people at Ring road Honda. I have raised multiple issues related to behaviour of staff, Service quality, and non availability of essential parts and accessories but there is no satisfactory response.

Even car like Honda city sold in 2023, they are unable to arrange the parts and irrespective of giving regular fees back on service quality there is no improvement.

Did my biggest mistake to buy Honda car and that too from Ring road Honda. Customer Service Manager gives lots of pathetic response just to close your concern with no resolution.

I have spoiled my hard earned money, wasted lots of energy and faced mental harassment with dealing with them.

Not at all recommended. Someone from Honda core team should take strict action on ring road Honda dealership and their staff.

The service center is good however approaching roads are not good, moreover the centre doesn't have a designated place for customers

Staff is not too keen to attend the customers when they walk-in. Don't follow-up on queries for a long time. Then finally start calling after a long gap, when perhaps they are pressed to meet the targets.

Had the most amazing car buying experience with Ring Road Honda, Dwarka. The entire staff was very helpful and made the whole process extremely smooth. Special kudos to Ms Anita, who handled our case.

They showed a lot of dedication and ensured everything went perfect from the moment we walked in to the showroom. Test drive was offered right away and I got my car within 2 days of booking, with all formalities completed diligently, as promised. There was also proactive follow up and they shared the contacts of relevant people for any support required.

On 31 st Anu YADAV and I had a conversation for completing deal on 3rd jan on occasion of my daughter s birth day

As decided I called them on 3 rd Jan. On that day they say they have cancelled the deal.and given my car to some one.else.

Then they asked me to pay extra for same model, (not even same color) whichbthry were getting from SOME SONIPAT dealer.

Now if i go for same car I have to pay 4 lakhs more.

For SOME thousands they gave my BOOKED CAR TO SOME ONE ELSE

MORE OVER INSPITE IF BEING APPOLOGISTIC THEY ARE RUDE AND ARROGANT.

Worst sale services.got a car with fuel pump problem.couldn’t drive for a week.

Salesman are very rude towards their customers once the car is sold. I bought my car from salesman named AJAY. At the time of sales they tend to be so kind and helpful type but as soon as the car is sold they don’t care about the customer.
Very bad experience with this car so far and its only been 7-8 months since i have brought this car.

There is class all round here. Full marks for customer service. And if you are serious about a Honda product, a good place to be at.

I suggest everyone not to visit their showroom. I visited their showroom on 26 April 2019 to book a new car, the staff was cooperative but the sales manager was very rude. He was treating like customer is nothing for him. He was in full attitude. Directly said me to purchase car from any other showroom. Even on that day I was carrying money and documents and was in full mood to book my car from there only. After seeing his attitude I cancelled my plan and booked my car from other showroom. Way of talking and his tone was also very rude. Very worst experience from Ring Road honda sector 9 dwarka. Will never ever refer anybody to go there as sales manager hardly bothers if you book your car or not. Seems like for him his attitude and ego is must. Even I want to give rating in negative but there is no option below 1 star. Worst and worst experience.

Beware - The docket you sign at the time of finzalising the deal is nothing for them once you take the delivery of the car. They will ask you to sign another paper at the time of delivery, please be careful to check that all the things that were finalised during the deal are there in the paper. I finalsed the deal with Honda Care Maintenance Package but didn't noticed that it was not mentioned in the paper I signed on the day of delivery and now as usual they are denying that. Complaint forwarded to Honda, waiting for some positive outcome from that.

Honda cars are Amazing but Ring Road Honda staff have Poor commercial knowledge (dealing not transparent)

Crooks! Had sent my car for service. Totally dissatisfied.

Never send your car to their service station through their pickndrop service.

Issues faced:
1. Car came back dirtier than it was before service. No washing done
2. Unnecessary Jobs which were not authorised or discussed with service manager performed. Just to increase the bill amount
3. Car front number plate was bent. Upon asking why, the reason provided was it was making a sound.thats not what you expect to hear specially when your car is coming back from service
4. Car driving experience reduced significantly post service with rattling sounds, ineffective brakes and several other issues which weren't there before service
5. Rude staff behaviour. Final nail in the coffin

Should totally avoid Ring Road Honda for buying or sending your car for servicing.
