There is a father & don duo doing business, father will seem little bit rude to you.

You need to chase them to get them to show you a collection that you made an appointment to see. There is a father-son duo that manages the business. Father seem to be preoccupied but respectful, son doesn't care and has no knowledge of the products. I ended up wasting 3 hours in a busy season.
