Bhut he bekar bus service.na bus me light kaam kr rahi na he charging point, bus ke shookers khrab.very bed experience

Well my overall experience was nice.
(From Delhi to Bikaner and bus was 1 hour late)
But sometimes they filled the pavement of bus with heavy loads and this causes problems.
Nice thing is that management gives you full support and they would even call you before starting of your bus whether you get your seat or not.
I was unable to fit in the seat due to my height but it would not cause you much problem if your height is average.
Negative points:
Not suitable for childrens and ladies.
(IT'S MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU LADIES, PLEASE AVOID IT.)
Hope they will take care of this.

Services can be improved by keeping the bus clean and hygienic. Bus is usually full of luggage and usually gets delayed because of this.

Worst experience.passenger busses used as cargo carriers.not even place for going out side Nd inside.

They r rude and doesn't show any professionalism at all. Neither they send and intimate via advance message to their Traveller. At times they sounds abusive. Don't know how and when would they learn to progress towards appropriate customer services. Not suggested and recommended to travel with theSe idiots. Pathetic behavior and services

Do not travel in this bus. The bus condition is very bad. You will book AC bus but will only get to know that the window is not getting closed and it is no more an AC bus.

They cheated us. Only brought us part way to destination and refused to go further because not enough people on the bus, no refund and had to find more transport on a wimb
