One of the pathetic matrimonial service providers. They have wasted my 6 months but couldn't be able to provide any positive results. Rishe Hi Rishte is the biggest failure in the market. Most of the profiles they have sent through 'Jeevansathi.com or shadi.com'. Each time they are sending the proposed profiles opposite to our requirements stated to them initially and reminded 100 times over the call, msgs and emails. When we asked to connect with bride's parent then usualy any excuse is ready with them otherwise they are sending all mismatched profiles. A few of the times they are sending the profiles more than the stipulated age. No recommedation at all to choose Rishte Hi Rishte and get into their trap. My representative was Ms. Kiran who made a lot of big promises but all went invane and in result our precious time got wasted. I would like to mention that several times, we have asked to provide the login id and password of the profile which they have created for me on their portal; but they have not provided the credential. Its better for everyone seeking a good match to register their self with the famous portals such as jeevansathi.com or shadi.com for their paid services. Atleast you would get the contact of your match and willingly you can approach them. I want to say a lot of thing but it would be such a time waste again. RUBISH SERVICES, POOR CUSTOMER CARE, NON-SUPPORTIVE NATURE OF STAFF & NO RESULT ORIENTED
