My experience with Ritual Holidays was very good. Without my saying before the trip started they shared all the details and were available 24/7 whenever i called them up!
Highly recommended

It was good experience but provided hotel Treebo city Maskan (Trivendram) is very worst. Very congested. They provide break fast from out side. Served the cool tea break fast without spoon, plates. No place for serving table and chairs. Other hotels Singar international (Kanyakumari), Nestlay Casa (Chennai), Hotel Sabtagiri (Pondicherry) were too good. It's service also very good.
Be clear package amount before booking, it's including with GST or not.

Kashmir
We booked our Kashmir tour and we have really enjoyed their services. All drivers were very friendly and experienced. Mr. Hilal the driver is Kashmir tops the list. All hotels were very nice and clean. A big thanks to Vijay ji and Meenakshi ji. You made our trip so special.

Was booking my Kashmir trip with some hesitation but after getting assurance from Meenakshi I'd booked. Believe it or not v fully enjoyed every moment during whole trip. It's the worst service we have got ever each and every time there are different people who handle things they don't promise proper rates and proper plan, they won't give a conditioned cab and every plan in the trip is delayed, nothing goes according to the plan, if u questionn the person about it, the person gives a harsh reply telling that do what ever u want and it doesn't matter to me I can't pay money, literally we stood in streets waiting for cab in all the destinations for more than hours together and ritual holidays please don't pick up this service it's the one of the ridiculous service provider please choose a better one never choose them

Today I have completed my trip to Nainital which was very nice and comfortable for which I would like to thank the entire team of ritual pvt.ltd.like Jyoti Madam, Manav sir, Naresh sir and Kamleshwari madam. The driver provided to us during the journey was very sensible, practical and knowledgeable in all the ways which made our journey even more enjoyable.

Worst experience! If there would have any option to give no start I would have opt for that as one star is also a huge favour for this third class service.

The hotels rooms were not booked on arrival, have to wait and again during check out had to face embarrassment due to not been paid the full amount though I have given the package amount more than a month ago to the agency. Even the agency doesn't provide hotel booking voucher, they provide some slips made by them.
The car provided was also horrible as the driver did not have any knowledge of route due to which we have wasted a lot of time roaming & even the driver was not well communicated about the whole tour plan from the agency.
From day one I have faced harassment from their end, I have booked for my trip on August and my trip was on December, and the full amount was paid to the agency before my travel date. Still I have to face harassment on each step of my trip. I had to make follow-ups from the starting day and their behavior was as if they are doing me a favor.
Totally fraud agency with pathetic service.

We had booked it for a tour to Jim Corbett and Lansdowne. Our booking agent Mr. Pradeep Gurjar was very cordial and booked hotels which I choose. He was very helpful.

Cons:
The problem was with the driver and the car. The driver was rude and a liar. He came 2.15 hours late to pick us after 3 dozen calls in a non commercial innova whose left front window didn't open. Imagine in hill station where the driver won't open the A/c and the window won't open. Even after making payment I had got more than a half dozen emails about incomplete payment.

Pros:
The tour allows you to change the hotels prior to booking and also is very flexible in the itenary, which are an added advantage.

Advice: Please have some control on the 3rd party from whom you are procuring the car and driver.

They charges me 18500 for my trip with personal car and deluxe room.

The room were like a bathroom and hotel were like a slum dont go on pics every thing is trapped after reached there no one will help you.

Worst service. They destroyed my whole family trip. Very bad hotel selection.they provide lodge rooms.in the name of hotels with no facilities. Toilets were not clean. Room were smelling terribly. I will not recommend this ritual holidays to anyone. Pls dont book any packages from them.

Last month I visited Singapore and Malaysia from ritual holidays. They gave good package with good price. All arrangements are very nice. We enjoyed a lot. Thanks to ritual holidays.

Scamsters frauds scrupulous.adjectives would fall short to describe this tour operator-No moral obligation towards their customers, once payment is done-they won't respond to your requests or fix issues-e.g won't send you hotel vouchers-hotel would say you aren't confirmed with them-would be shifted to a diff property-then your luggage would be shifted from your room in your absence! They ought to be sued!
Their driver/staff is one of the most non cooperative sadistic rude guys-trip would be ruined due to such obnoxious toxic behavior with guests-they don't take any feedback, refund you, take action etc anything. You are on your own once you reach your destination, stuck with a driver who doesn't act as a guide but rebukes you at every instant as if he's your boss!
Miserable masochist experience is what one would describe with them!
Beware of the rowdy goon below-he will make your pleasure trip a miserable hell!

Actually, they do not even deserve a star but this is mandatory to provide one star.other wise you can't review. I booked a honeymoon package for my friend and his wife.they took a good amount without providing any discount for Nainital.

But that was okay because I thought they will make a great plan but my friend and his wife had pathetic experience. I initially had a word with Ms. Pooja. She sent the itenery and was my primary source of communication.

During the tour, the driver hadn't had any idea where to go in Ranikhet. My friend had to cover main points in Nainital on his own expense and the last day JIM CORBETT was not planned. My friend reached in the afternoon and got to know that safari happens in the morning only which wasn't intimated by ritual holidays.

So all in all they will take a good amount from you but the service is highly pathetic.

Never use ritual holidays to plan your tour. I will not recommend them at any cost.

Please plan your holidays from any other tour n package services.

I have taken tour package of Rajasthan but very sorry that service in hotel K. G.residency is poor as well in Jaisalmer also no TV in room. Food quality is also not so good.

In short my tour is not value for money.

I complaint to sales person but no positive response from him.

They force to pay full payment and once payment is done no any response for our complain.

Ritual Holidays led our group on a fantastic tour of Agra and the Taj Mahal. It was accommodating and knowledgeable of all the history around Agra and made the trip very comfortable for us all, every step of the way.

I would highly recommend you book Ritual Holidays when you next visit India. Its vast experience and knowing exactly where to go/see/do was extremely helpful and interesting. It was the best guide ever!

Horrible tour operator. Stopped my vehicle on the way to Dwarka at 42°C informing full payment is required to be paid in contrary to earlier terms. No care for the comfort of customers. Would advise not to get trapped with sweet words of marketing agents

They charged amount of 1 person extra without providing the facilities. They said we would get 1 quad and 2 triple sharing rooms.instead they were 3 double sharing rooms and we get to adjust in that. The rooms weren't big enough to accommodate as needed.

The worst ever tour operating company i had ever seen in my life of 45 years. I used to tour every year with my family and relatives but never experienced such a worst service from any touring company. From the very first day they had started their misbehavior. The driver was instructed in such a way that even he has not started moving the vehicle unless we paid the balance amount before we proceeded to hotel from New Delhi Station. From Delhi next day we reached Mussoorie. Next day we started our tour but such a. Tour operator that in every location they ignored a key place of attraction in the itenary. While negotiation i had informed some key places but they had ignored some places which I also overlooked in the itenary due to my work pressure and trusted on our conversations. In Mussoorie trip after visiting Mussoorie lake when we started suddenly the vehicle had a major breakdown and were unable to took our lunch and returned back to hotel via a local bus. Next day we travelled to Haridwar. We couldn't complete our tour on that day and requested for laxman jhula visit to the tour co-ordinator for next day, after several requests they agreed to do so. Then next day we started our tour to Agra after visiting Laxman Jhula which took hardly half an hour. On our way suddenly one of the back tyre busted at around 1 45 pm near Muzzaffarpur. After changing with the stepni we again started at around 2.25 pm and after taking our lunch again we started for agra. Suddenly at around 8.25 pm when we are on Yamuna Expressway and 78 kms away from Agra again another back tyre got busted and panic spread all around us as it is a remote dark area and we along with two senior citizens and my 7 year old son and six ladies all were stranded their for around almost 5 and half hour. And everytime i enquired from the transporter and tour co-ordinator Mr. Naresh they misbehaved with us and lied everytime i called them to know what is the status of replacing the tyre. Even the police patrolling in Yamuna express way got irritated and lastly called the owner of the Tempo traveller. And we didn't even had water and any food till then and everyone of us got panicky about such a situation. I requested to the tour operator to arrange a transit vehicle from Agra which will be easiest and shorter time taking matter but Mr. Naresh just fooled us saying that tyre carrying from Delhi will take same time in comparison to alternate vehicle to be arranged from Agra. And the bitter experience we had in our last day. As I had informed several times to Mr Naresh that we will come back to delhi early morning and will stay for few hours in our relatives place and will catch our train in the evening they agreed that time but suddenly after dropping us in our relatives place I received a call within a hour from the transporter that we have to immediately release the vehicle, i requested Mr Naresh about the incident and again he lied and started screaming. The tour company is just below par company and only interested in fooling their customers and grabbing money and no proper facilities are being provided. I have all the proofs of the incident. And request everyone not to opt this tour company for any tour otherwise will face this type of bitter experience as faced by myself today. They behaves quite cordially while u start ur booking but in between the tour they show what they are capable of. In hindi their is a quotation Delhi ka laddu Jo ekbar khayega pastayega, it's appropriatephrase applicable for this company and its employees. I request everyone to go through this review and plan before planning your with this company.

Ritual holidays arranged a trip for me & my wife. This was a wonderful Golden Triangle tour. Starting with a good welcome, we toured Jaipur, Agra and Delhi staying in fine hotels (often former palaces), eating delicious food (spicy for me and not spicy for my wife) and taking in the sights, noise and smells of this beautiful places. Everything was impeccably organised from the courteous driver, the Ritual holidays reps doing the check ins in hotel for our help, We can't wait to travel again with Ritual holidays.

We only had few days in Singapore and wanted to make the absolute most of our trip. We were concerned that with larger tour groups, we may not get through all the sites or it may take twice as long with lots of people. Best decision we ever made was to book tours with Ritual holidays. Our guides were fluent in English, native to Singapore, passionate about their jobs and incredibly knowledgeable! We genuinely had a blast and felt like they were part of it with us, rather than feeling like we had a stranger with us. We were actually sad to see them leave at the end of the day. Of all the places we've traveled, this was by far our most exciting and fun experience. We will absolutely use Ritual holidays again.

I used Ritual Holidays to organize a tour for me and some friends in Dubai.
The arranging process was really easy. The tour was great. We were taken to amazing view points overlooking the city, Jumeira Mosque, Old Arabian Houses. But the best thing was being able to ask questions about the city as we went, and get the insider knowledge and recommendations for the rest of our trip. I think when you get to a new city using a guide to show you around is invaluable. You get so much more out of your time there once you have got your bearings and can recognize a few landmarks. The added benefit of the best tourist Company and their staff means that you can avoid the tourist traps too! I will use these guys again.

Trip to Singapore & Malaysia for 7D & 6N.

The visit to singapore was the high point along with the visit to Malaysia. We enjoyed a lot through your arrangement as well as in the Ibis Hotel too. Ye company puri ki puri froad he.iska kolkata ka employ chandan mishra vo to bahut hi bada froad he.pehle apko din me char bar call karega jab aap paisa transfer kar doge to ek bar bhi call recieve nahi karega.or fir delhi vala employ bolega ki apko ye charge lagega vo charge lagega.or us tarah apse jyada paisa lenge.or jisse apne deal ki hoti he vo chandan mishra to apka call recieve hi nahi karega.fir aap andman me kise kehne jayenge.half payment to kar diya hota he to jakh mar k vohi package lena padega.so plz meri sabse yahi req rahegi ki ye package na book karaye

Totally waste of money, time and energy. Go for it only when you want to fight/querrels for every thing which is part of package at every step and want to listen to their threats to terminate the tour if you ask for it. We are four who took the Manali 3 night package.
1st day - bus from delhi to manali - did not had permit, police stoped and offloaded all passengers. Another bus came after 3 hrs.
- late by 6 hrs to reach manali
- no car pickup
- worst treatment at hotel - 6am morning hotel guys asked us to shift room.
- multiple followups for taxi, taxi reached at 10.30, supposed to reach at 5.30 am. They asked us to share taxi with 9 people from earlier agreed of 7 person. Upon asking tour operator - Dharmendra threatened to cancle the tour.and asked to leave the taxi if dnt want to share with more than 10 people (note no of sharing passengers was earlier agreed to 7)
- 2nd night when we came in new room (which was shifted in day), room was in dirtiest state (same as someeone had left as it is) We called staff who refused to clean it. After pressurizing staff - he went to manager and we could here the manager shouting on staff and asking to take room as it is or leave.
Somehow staff managed to pull in one bedsheet and changed it.
Writing this review as in middle of trip. 2 more days to go.
My observation: these guys are crook and create situations to thug money. They are also shameless people i have ever come across.

Unprofessional management, no coordination with their vendors, can give you worst experience when the single point of contact for your trip is actually a bunch of people who do not know any details of your trip and totally unprofessional.not good to book if you are looking for a carefree trip.
Having made you pay whole amount before your trip (taxes are hidded) please verify before you pay, they will threaten to terminate your trip at any point of time if you call them and question any thing that is not happening as per your trip.
