Worst experience ever…. For Singapore visa i tried calling concerned person name Mr.dinesh whenever i call him he never picked the call and when i call in reception they say he is in lunch anytime u call he will be in lunch…. For visa he is good for nothing doesn’t provide appropriate solution neither correct information… i am an travel agent n i have faced pathetic behaviour in Riya’s office due to which i left the office n will nvr recommend

The worst! They are only here to have your money! Such carelessness! I have never seen in my life! They didn't even get back even after getting the decision of rejection for 10 days! Very poor staff.

I am so thankful to Mr Dinesh Chander for all the assistance he provided me with the Singapore visa processing.
I had an urgency and needed my Passport ASAP, and Mr. Dinesh is such a nice man
He handed over me, my passport in like 15-20 mins and shockingly I got my singapore E-visa in like 1-2 hrs

I got in touch with Mr Dinesh from Riya travels for applying for Singapore tourist visa. From the start of the process, they made things very clear in what needs to be done and how much time is needed. That was very helpful as things were very systematic.

I requested for documents pickup from home. Mr Rajesh came to my house and was really very helpful. He pointed out that the passport size photos were not meeting the visa requirements and gave time to us and get it clicked again and hand it over to him. He came back to my house after a couple of days to hand over the passport back.

Highly recommend Mr Dinesh and Mr Rajesh. No dramas in their service and the fees is very reasonable. Will be seeking and recommending their help whenever we need again.

I didn't know anything about this companies staff Mrs taranpreet Kaur, she is calling me and introducing me through her company and talking rudely and behaving unprofessionally, even i don't have any matter with her, i hope company will look in this matter. Really it's totally disappointed me for company who hired that person. Who don't have any Knowledge about travel and it's terms and conditions

The worst office ever experienced in my life. They even didn't bother to refund my money and also lost my very, very important document. Lady named Jaina doesn't even care to reply to my messages even for once. It's been six months now still I am trying for a refund and my essential document. I am in Poland, and I can't go in person, and they are using this not to refund.
Very unprofessional.
I am trying to contact the CEO of Riya via LinkedIn and will wait for a few weeks. Still, if I don't get any response, I will post all screenshots and details on social media.

Good travel agent for Visa services. Staff is courteous and polite. They answered all questions patiently and helped with the entire process step by step. Dinesh and Jolie are extremely helpful.
