Rohan is the terrific trainer with whom I've been training since last month. He is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and listened to what my needs are based on my individual strengths and weaknesses. Rohan is an ideal fitness coach because he knows his stuff as well as he is easy to talk to. You can share your fitness worries and questions with him and he will ensure that they are answered to your satisfaction. He motivates you to complete the set when one is ready to give up midway. Always encourages and leads by example. Highly recommended.

I’ve been training with Rohan for around 2 months now and could not have had a better experience. He is extremely knowledgeable about the body and exercise science and is always explaining how I’m benefitting from it.

It surely makes a difference to train with a professional who not only understands technique but also understands the physiology of the body. Rohan is extremely supportive while pushing me to be my best.

Rohan is very well versed with sports science and nutrition. I took personal training from him for a month, and the learnings were remarkable. With his guidance, I understood the right way to lift and most importantly, the right way to have my meals. He pushed me to my limits - somewhere I could never go on my own, and that helped pave the way for my fitness journey. Thanks Rohan:)

Rohan is apparently a disguised Nutritionist in addition to a Fitness Trainer. He is brilliant when it comes to understanding your body and bodily nutrition requirements. He is a perfect blend of both a fitness coach and a health inspector. I trained under him for several years and it was a tremendous experience before this goddam COVID hit us all real bad. But I recommend him really high if you are looking for a dedicated coach who lives your journey with you!

I started training with Rohan around two months back with the primary aim of losing weight. I have previously tried gyms and got demotivated owing to soreness/pain and its impact on my regular work schedule.
Rohan understood the dilemma well and worked on a schedule that balances the need to push and limit its impact on my regular work schedule.

His knowledge of what muscles are being trained by what exercise is phenomenal. It's because of him I don't dread going to the gym anymore.

He is extremely professional as well as friendly, I really enjoyed working out with him. My workouts were creative, fun and different. All in all, he is a perfect trainer.
