Done insurance of Activa yesterday of worth 1600, they don't have working printer there for policy.

Today I'm visit rohini honda regarding claim claim advisor Mr deepak very good behavior and helpful

I am very disappointed with payment issue.there is no option to pay thru cards.very big mystery.

Washing staff are very rude, they handle all thing according him. My vechile not wash after it's service. They give me time 12;20 but not done thier work till 4.30 pm

में पहली बार गया था पर बहुत बुरा लगा पहला no होने के बाद और दूसरी फ्री सर्विस होने के बाद करीब तीन घंटे लगे और सर्विस भी एक ट्रेनर से करवाई गई

Well behaved Manpower & Excellent Infrastructure. Must Visit for Purchasing Honda 2wheeler or Availing Service.

Their service person misguide the rider for extra detailing & servicing. They take around 5 hour even we booked advanced appointment

Very bed stoff.pay karne ke baad unki baat karne ka tarika bhul jate hy.inko coustmar se kayse baat karna hy ye sikhne ki jarurat hy.very bed beheviar.in sttoff Honda company ke name se local helmet de diye hy.

Very poor and bad service.
I purchased new Activa his battery damaged under 3 months and took more than 10 days to exchange battery.

This service center is very useless service. Scratched my bike and did not even change the oil and said that the oil has been changed.
No one should get the service done from here.

Very delay working and also bike didn't wash properly charges are also quite high. Don't think about customer's satisfaction and time.

Supervisor of Service Centre Mr. Brinder & Mechanic Mr. Narender behaviors are not good. They are not cooperating with customer.

It's was amazing experience in Rohini honda because of every employees behavior is good in nature and customer supportive.

Staff is very unprofessional in respect of handling customers. I certainly doubt the engineer skill as I had visited 6 time there for just one problem which is not corrected yet. This shows how good honda is maintaining its service Center quality.

Worst service never go to this service center. Go to another service center in India but not this one they are not doing the work and taking extra charges. Very worst service they are providing.

Poor services by manager. Finance so expensive. I recommend ask your loan amt if u can purchase in finance cases

Pathetic service station Nobody want to listen even for drinking water I will never visit in future

By doing useless work, taking money for everything, they also waste time and they do not have any goods, they postpone it to the next day is nonsense Honda company.

It's a kind of okay place for your bike to service, nobody gives a damn for your time Or money, service advisers are acting like government employees, The service manager is the only person who can listen to you but he also can't do much. Thank god, they care for Honda complaints. They have potential to improve but they are not willing to. Toilets are avoidable. Cheap crowd.

The all department was too lazy. The girl, name don't no, she was unable to handle the customers. There were no water.workers stole my mobile. Dropped me from 10 am to 5.30 pm. The bike had its second service. There was not much work in the bike, washed the bike, checked the nut vault of the brake, did not know whether the oil was changed.
Still having trouble with self start.
Inform to all friends, sabhi dosto ko suchit karna chahunga ki Activa 6g me issu aa raha h, usaki batery baar baar down ho ja rahi h, yah samasya vahan pr aaye kai logo ko thi.koi dusari byke lena pr activa mt lena,

It's the authorized service center of honda, but they are totally unprofessional, and infrastructure is not good, and the company should take necessary action on it

The person attended for service was good and polite. The accounts people was also good but the persons giving the final delivery of the vehicle are totally careless. They just washed the scooty and handed over it to me. They didn't even clean the stain marks of dried water with cloth. I have to clean it with the cloth. The footmat was dirty. Over all experiance was bad.

होंडा टू-व्हीलर्स, बाइक आदि की सर्विस के लिए बढ़िया जगह. छोटी जगह है, लेकिन सर्विस अच्छी है और बैठने की जगह भी ठीक है.

I go to this place only as it's near to my house, but I must tell that it's same like govt office only as noone will listen to you.
Worst part, even if you reach early and your no is under first 10 customers only but you can't expect your bike service on time as they prefer their known people on priority and if you can't keep eye then you will keep waiting only.

I went today as well for my paid service, but same thing happened again and I had to go to Manager but he was so rude and said people who are got their services done before you, must be FREE ONE'S AND COMPLAINT ONE'S, I told him to show it to me in records then he started shouting at me.

Even I told him if you prefer FREE AND COMPLAINT ONE'S ON PRIORITY THEN MAKE DIFFERENT QUE AND TOKEN SYSTEM FOR THEM BUT HE DIDN'T GET AGREED and same rude behaviour was continued.

Also at billing, I had to wait for 50-55 minutes extra due to their poor billing software which works slower then manual billing.

Overall highly dissatisfied and won't recommend anyone to go there for their vehicle service.

I have activa 6g and my scooty is giving missing problems and not taking self start. My scooty is only 3 months old and 924KM run.
Rohini honda is unable to rectify the problem and returned my scooty twice without doing anything. They do not honour HONDA WARRANTY and are not intreasted in repairing under warranty vehicles.
Even after complaining to honda2wheeler company and national consumer forum ROHINI HONDA did not respond.

Very bad experience, they even do not even have water facilty in customer lounge. An old school water jug is put up which is not refilled by staff.
Never ever visit Rohini Honda for servicing your vehicle

Nice staff behaviour. Faster service and comfortable coustomer lounge. Don't go between 12pm-2pm.

Good but not very good amlloy is rude it's take too much time in survice adn don't polish very good and price is very high

This is not functioning properly. They do only oiling on the name of service. If your Scotty needs any more treatment you have to wait for long.

Venue- Honda Activa service center Rithala
Issue- 1. They stolen my petrol around 2 litre. When I told they say sir I don't know regarding this issue we solve this issue after 15 mins they give 1 litre petrol but they stolen 2 litres petrol.
2. My second issue they didn't clean my scooty after my complaining my petrol stolen they didn't clean my scooty
Kindly don't stolen customer's petrol and also clean every vehicle who gives you money to clean our scooty or services.

Not the awesome experience but have no choice.first of all entering of the service center is very worst. Its in a tiny road.you will not find this place easily. After entered its very congested.almost 50 to 60 scooter are standing in a small hall, there is only one coordinator available (name - mr. Salman) for create the job sheet. Waiting room is in first floor which is also very small. And the billing section is also there in that waiting room.no tea available, no shop for snacks.they will take approx 3 hrs for one scooter service, polishing, billing and gate pass.

Not recommended. The service centre is very bad. Staff is very rude. Specially salman. Washing k naam par kapada mar dete h Or customer ko jane nhi dete. Or Dekh lene ki dhamki dete hai. Customer k sath gundagardi karte hai local gunde hai.customer k samne service nhi karte h. Or na wha jane dete hai or No waiting area. Pora din kharb ho jata hai service mea pta nhi engine oil bhi change karte h ya nhi. Not satisfied

Very worst service without actual work they have raised bill of Rs. 1300/- when service is free
The worst part is they have raised bill of Rs. 350/- for Break work, Rs 100 for battery charging of 6 month old Activa 125 BS VI and when I went to collect the vehicle all small threads and ropes tied on axel was still as it is this means they have raised a fake bill.
Not at all recommended instead a road side mechanic will do better

Average place. Not a very organized centre. Still its not that bad, if you don't have any other option.

Visited on 17 Feb 2021.they don't have well trained staff.they charged for battery charing on bill without charging battery and when I asked on bill counter why they charged for this he replied me it is charged for battery lubrication and by mistake it is written battery charging on bill.how they are looting the customers.serial no. -6

Spare parts store persons do not have Etiquette that how to talk with customers even they don't care that customer is satisfied or not.
Pathetic Staff.

Staff is very rude and unprofessional they do not know that how to talk with customer they just want to sell spare parts forcefully to customer if you required a particular part then they will not give you that parts if you will not buy any unnecessary parts from them.
They just deny to sell required parts.pathetic response.

Spare parts shop's staff is very bad specially Ram and Gopal.
They don't know that how to talk with customer.

I did not expect this kind of pathetic response from Honda.

Staff behaviour is very bad they don't have etiquette that how to assist customers.
They just want to sell unnecessary parts with required parts and if you will not buy then they will proudly refuse to sell required parts.
Disgusting service centre I have never seen before.
Honda Brand must take a needful action against these kind of staff so that they can save their reputation.

I visited the service centre for my 2nd service of activa 125.company claim first 4 free services and inspite that service centre charged RS2000 and when i dropped my scooty at service centre then they called me and told me that u have this problem in the scooty and if u will change it will charge1200 more and it dont know it is my 2nd service and how could they charge that kind of amount.if any body reading this i suggest not to visit this service centre, employees dont even have sense to talk with the customer.

Very rude staff, No value of time. Worst service. Mr. Sunny is the floor supervisor don't have manners how to talk with customer. Misguide the customers and tried to make him fool. Please don't go at that service center.

They don't have spare parts of the bike in stock, and they want us to wait for at least 7 working days to fix it.

I am satisfied for all the servises i always use to serviced my bike here all the staffs are gud nature and qoality of work also h gud

Pathetic environment, unavailability of customer lounge, untrained staff

last week i visited there for servicing my new Honda activa 4G, they put big scratch over front panel and dined from this. That was not enough, when i returned back and parked my scooty i found a large oil spot on floor that was due to loose screw of engine oil.later i tightened that by my own after top-up an oil container.

Still if you are visiting there than you must have big time and money.
