I had a deeply disappointing experience with this service. Despite making prior arrangements and receiving verbal assurance, the service failed to deliver on its promises.
I had booked two sets for an exhibition on September 30,2023, with the understanding that they would be held for me until after the event. Dilip Ji, a representative of the service, even assured me that there was no need for a token payment. However, when I arrived at the store after the exhibition, I was informed that my sets had been allocated to another party, leaving me without the items I had reserved.
This level of unprofessionalism and unreliability is simply unacceptable. It reflects a complete lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and a disregard for the promises made.
I would strongly advise against using this service, as my experience has left me with a sense of disappointment and frustration. It's crucial for businesses to honor their commitments and maintain clear and honest communication with their customers, something this service failed to do.
