Not a good place to work. May be 5-10 employees. No PF, even no salary slip etc. I found find them to be behaving badly with employees and speaking trash. They pay salary quite late and dues are not cleared. There was one female employee which I am not sure is even a graduate doing HR work and accounts.

Edit: I think the response is from same employee I mentioned. What's the point of writing HR team when there is one person doing all that, plus account and marketing and who doesn't even have a Degree in HR.

Fired from Rollcon! Good one, I left Rollcon at my own accord given your work practices. Your employees and even your main tech support guy called me presumably at your behest to join back. You even confiscated a months salary and the expense I made on multiple trips via my car for your work.

I wish to express my utmost satisfaction wid Rollcon Technofab India Pvt Ltd. They supplied us wid a High Rise Belt Conveyor for a challenging retrofit project. We needed to convey 50 TPH of coal to the boiler, and due to space constraints, a high angle conveyor was only viable option.

I am delighted to share my experience with Rollcon Technofab India Pvt Ltd. They supplied us with a screw conveyor for our Ash handling system, featuring a water-cooled shaft and jacket. This design effectively reduced the incoming Ash temperature from 500 degrees Celsius to under 100 degrees Celsius. The benefits were remarkable, as it not only reduced water consumption significantly but also ensured that the Ash never came into contact with water, making it ideal for silo storage.
