Poor Customer service and defective item delivery even from a order directly from company website.

1st time order for Romsons PM2.5 Air Pollution Mask - 95% Efficiency & sugical 3 ply mask was okk so i again tried to go ahead with company and

2nd time ordered for Romsons Relief Hot & Cold Gel Packs & Romsons PM2.5 Air Pollution Mask and other 2 imtems.

I received defective Hot and Cold Gel Pack which I ordered directly fom company website. I got to know about the after sales customer service response only after i received defective product.

No response of e-mails.

The company is very pathetic, The management is so worst. They don't understand the value of time for any person. I don't know why this company is leading hygiene product manufacturing company. There is no coordination between lower management and top management. I will say only one thing if you are going to join this company as a employee or as a client. So don't spoil your time and money with this company. Otherwise you will lost all things.
