Horrible place to shop! Please don’t waste your money here. They’re a scam. The staff is extremely rude. I ordered 2 suits out of which one I got and left the other one for alteration. They said they’ll deliver it and they didn’t and on asking, they said they already have! Which is not possible!
Now they’re not picking calls and their extremely bad staff is not ready to listen! They only are looting their customers! Don’t ever shop from here!

Worst experience -Rajinder Nagar They did a big fraud with me Took a piece from for alteration, changed the bar code and are not ready to handover to the actual piece. They don’t allow to take pictures and nor are they agreeable on the piece I bought. Otherway round, they are ready to share the wrong item with me which is super dull and is not sold since years. They have taken all of suit’s amount and is not ready to give that back too. This was my marriage shopping and the experience they gave me was pathetic I’ll rather give a negative star or marking to Roop Vatika- Ramon Nagar branch. The one sitting at reception is very rude and doesn’t know how to behave with females. They will mentally haras you and will never help you. Personal recommendations-Don’t buy

I had a good time at the store, however, the only not so good thing i witnessed was that a sales executive was showing the outfits to her so called 'relative' on video call, while this wasn't allowed to anyone else. This is standard protocol at any studio but only if your just a customer! Besides, upon asking she got offended and rudely talked to me and my sister. I would've given the store 5 stars anyday, in fact I was super impressed, but oh boy, that executive's change in behaviour will definitely make me NOT recommend Roop Vatika to anyone i know.
