They don’t accept credit/debit cards. No UPI like Paytm, Gpay, PhonePe etc.looks like something fishy. It seems they don’t want their transactions tracked.

Bought anjeer from gurgaon store it’s very expensive and to our surprise had to throw most of it as it was full of fungus.when we pay such high price we expect good quality.highly disappointed would never recommend anyone to buy dry fruits from roopak

My whole family is big fan of roopak masalas.but very strange fact that even after covid they doesn't accept cards and UPI that creates a mystery and suspicions. I have taken almost 3000 worth of masala and achaar but after all the huddle they tells only cash.what kind of system is that.we need to complaint this issue as I have to leave everything at counter and then rushed to take cash from. ATM

Its a big store and has been there for ages. I have been seeing it for more than 30 years but still Its a cash only store. Be sure u have enough cash to pay. They dont accept cards or any other form of digital/electronic payments.

Complete masala shop with courteous staff. Has good masala range but priced higher than other branded masalas. All products are sold at MRP and sadly no payment by Credit/Debit cards or UPI. Only CASH.
By the way, there are 2 Roopak Stores next to each other. This review is for the corner shop, which is the authentic one.

Dry fruits store in karol Bagh.good quality dry fruits.but I found it but overated.the prices are very high in comparison to the quantity of the products.

Big Store. Lots of variety. The staff is courteous and helpful. Despite being Company Store, all items are at MRP. They accept ONLY CASH …. No credit cards or UPI! In today’s age when even a Paanwala accepts digital payment, a Flagship Store of a National Brand not accepting anything but cash is surprising and suspicious. The worst is that there is no Signage/Notice anywhere in the shop informing that they accept only cash…. So after wasting all the time selecting items in the shop and billing, you learn about the cash requirement only at the time of payment! Had to cancel the entire order as I was not carrying enough cash.

No customer orientation. Only cash is accepted. We had to cancel the whole order and leave the shop to search ATM. We instead went to ‘Roopak Pik n Pay’ adjacent to it. Where the staff was courteous too.

No doubt the store & line of products they sell are of an extremely plush quality & 100% pure. From spices to candies and nuts to honey everything around the store is neatly packed & showcased to catch customers eyes. However, whole shopping experience negates as soon as you enquire about the acceptable mode of payment. Shockingly, the billing staff denies any transaction via card/UPi/wallet & signals at paying entire outstanding in cash only and know what, all’s being done without any proper bill or invoice raised, just replaced by a rough piece of paper. Apparently, the proprietor of the shop Lala Ji hoarding loads of hard cash with no records or whatsoever and evading taxes right in the centre of nation’s capital and for the sake of formality signals the cashier to create one on being faced for such a gloomy practice.

Pathetic behavior of staff. Their long run in this business and profits has created some mentality that they rule the market. It's quite unexpected from such a renowned shop of Karol Bagh market. They should at least teach some manners to their staff about behaving with their customers. Otherwise pretty soon, it will just become history.

Place is overhyped. And overpriced.they sell pistachio @Rs. 2000per Kg very high as compared to market prices.prices are even higher than our Khan market.

U can call them branded theif.
They have give you things in high price. And not give company schemes.
No guts

Their quality is awesome. Good place to buy spices/masala. Sherbets are also good. Dry fruits are too costly. Go to Chandni chowk for better rates on dry fruits.

Roopak store carries childhood memories. When the masalas were really famous. I have found the store changing over time. And not for good. There are also 1 stores side by hard to identify which one is the original. I don't find any charm or special taste in their masalas anymore for the prices paid.

We went to buy some dry fruits from them, there employee shows us from the self, we purchased appox 8kg mix dry fruits, when they was showing us very clean nice box with the label, employee did great job put 16 box in the bag, at the counter when we went to pay one of the guys get very angry on him and said"""""what is this and told him to change all the boxes """"""" we did not understand
we was in hurry to catch our flight to overseas after we came home and open all the boxes.we was surprise to see it was n"T the same product.the one we saw din the first place
we feel like we are been cheated
we will never go back to them /////// will not recommend any one
