Booked an appointment. Was on my way from 40 mins away.they didnt bother informing that the appointment is cancelled. Very stupid people managing the operations. They have no regard for patients. For a hospital that charges so much premium, this is not worth it.
During our stay at Rosewalk Hospital, Ms Kanika was a beacon of support and care. Her professionalism, coupled with a genuinely warm and empathetic approach, made our experience significantly more comfortable. Her attention to detail and swift responses to our needs were genuinely commendable. We are deeply grateful for her outstanding support and dedication.
Hands down, the best experience we could have wished for our first child. The staff were extremely courteous and efficient! The nurses were always there when asked for help. Not a single complaint! All I can say is the management is incredible! Kanika and the team Thank You! I am really glad we chose Rosewalk. We would definitely recommend this place.
My wife and I welcomed our first child at the Rosewalk clinic in January 2024 (natural birth with epidural). Dr Payal Chaudhary and Dr Chanchal were with us throughout the pregnancy, providing excellent support and attentive listening. Our administrative situation was handled by Kanika, who was exceptionally helpful and responsive.
On the day of the birth, our birth plan was followed to the letter, and we were very well received by the medical team, nurses and all the staff at the maternity hospital, where we spent two days discovering our role as parents. The only downside was that the room had only one air purifier, which was not sufficient to ensure good air quality, and another had to be provided at our request. All in all, everything went very well and I would recommend this maternity hospital for a stress-free birth, surrounded by competent, friendly and available staff.

It was really a cakewalk for me as I walked in with my twins for some distress. Super efficient and compassionate nurses. Dr. Atul Chopra is God to us.how he helped and treated my babies with so much affection. I will always be grateful. Dr. Rizwan.was so helpful. They always attended phone calls and msgs even at the odd hours. Sister Ikra, Margaret, Libina were awesome. Thanks to the entire team for all your effort, care.
Great maternity hospital which has specialised and extremely experienced doctors like Dr. Rinku Sengupta, caring nurses (Sister Joy and Sister Monica) and an extremely supportive admin staff who understand the journey of pregnancy to the fullest. They make you feel special and memorable throughout. Kanika helped ensure quick and comfortable services. The whole journey from prenatal care to delivery to postnatal care went smoothly.
A very fine premium birthing experience. The hospital is just perfect in every sense and it is pure luxury coupled with excellent doctors, nurses and other support staff. A truely wonderful experience.
If you want ONLY C-Section (Surgery Delivery) you can come here. Management is highly unethical and forces Gynecologist NOT to do Normal delivery. Add to this, if you have opted for Stem Cell preservation, they would take a hefty commission of 20-25000 from Stem cell banking company.
Prices are high that is fine if you are providing luxury, but atleast spare your Gynecologist and let the doctor do their work. Management forces doctors to do things for inflated billing
Doctors are super nice and competent but they do not act professionally because of management pressure
