This is a well know place for all kulfi lovers. They have Delhi's one of the best kulfi and faluda. Other than this aloo tikki is also very popular, it has very different stuffing inside. Always crowded with people. Table service is there. Prices are not too high. A must visit place. But remember no place to park. So use public transportation to visit here
Nostalgia of having a Roshan di Kulfi still exists. But the old charm is missing. Ajmal Khan road market too wears a very different look, far from it's old bustling hub.
Good hygienic food joint in the middle of a busy and crowded market. Food is very tasty. We tried -Mini thali (300 per plate) Which came with Dal makhani, Paneer, rice, 2 lachcha paratha, papad, raita Taste wise thali was very tasty and quantity was enough for two people - Chola bhatura (170 per plate) Bhaturas were stuffed and chole were tasty. - Kulfi (160 per plate) Kulfi was very tasty. However quantity was less.
One has to wait for Seating space during lunch hours. On table service is there.
Overall good place to statuary hunger and taste buds. However, rates are a bit high.
One of the famous restaurant in Karol Bagh. A must try Raj Kachori, Chhole bhature and the very famous roshan di kulfi and evening a must try paneer tikka dry. Food was so delicious
Overhyped and overpriced place. ₹160 for a plate of Chole Bhature in delhi is expensive when compared to service offered. Faluda ₹160/plate, Dahi bhalle ₹140/place is just not worth. Owners are just cashing on the publicity.
The place is overhyped just because it is located in karol bagh market. Their signature kulfi was good but rest of the food items were not upto the mark. We ordered honey chilli potato and the potatoes were not crispy at all and the sause in which the dish was coated was so sweet. We asked to staff to get us the nicely fried crisp honey chilli potato in place of what they had given to us. After waiting for another 25 mins, they brougt the same honey chilli potatoes (not properly fried and some sweet sause was used instead of soya sause it seemed)
Their mithai is bad, kaju katli looks old, stale & also got hard lumps (urghh one particular piece was so bad, looked like a tooth), the box had one or two minuscule cockroaches, wonder why they do this to food
Best place for fast food lovers who want good balnce of hygiene and health. Dishes are made with minimal oil and spices yet they are yum. Everything is a must try at this place.
Absolutely delightful experience. Try out anything from the menu, it's delicious. Such robust and great flavours, absolutely splendid. We tried Golgappe, Aloo tikki, Rasmalai and kulfi. Every bite was heavenly. Rasmalai was divine indulgence. And Kulfi which is their star dish. Outstanding it is, an absolute must must try
Tried Bhature, Lassi and Pav Bhaji It was very unexpected to get so delicious food at this place. Really liked the buttery flavour of Pav Bhaji and the Crispy buns. Lassi was served in big steel glass but that was value for money. Bhature made my evening better. Pluffy and light, chole was exceptional.
Kulfi here Is something we are having childhood and will continue till we can get
This place is very old and famous place for it's Kulfis. Although it more like a restaurant and serve North, South Indian and Chinese snacks. Prices are reasonable and seating is there on 2 floors and is sufficient.
One of the oldest eatery located in Karol bagh. Clean and hygienic place. Unique taste of samosa, tikki, chole bhature and kulfi. A do visit place in Delhi.
A perfect all day snacking for food lovers, this place offers aalu tikki, chole bhature, dosa, dryfruits milk paneer sticks and much more. The quality is good as they used desi ghee which was not expected. Truely a grt place with spacious seating arrangement not much of waiting. Staff very understanding and cooperative. A must try for nearby or visitors coming for shopping as this place is full of budget hotels to stay.
One of the oldest and well known shops in Gaffar Market. They do have dine in and the place gets pretty dense and you need to wait in peak times. They are well known for Chole Bathure and Kulfi. I ordered Chilli potatoes and they were insipid. In lure for Mango Kulfi Falood, our bubble was burst when we got to know that it was a seasonal thing. The original kulfi falooda was good but nothing special or extraordinary. One advice that come from my friend is to have Kulfi instead of Falooda which is the actual GOAT
Such a crowded place at this covid time where customers and staff no one will follow covid protocols. On top of it you'll not get a place to sit and eat and most importantly food was also not good. It's like " Naam bade aur Darshan chotte".
Very pathetic service, they don't even serve the water. We keep on asking the waiter but no one listen to us and we have placed the order still they don't give order on time, I won't recommend this pathetic restaurant to this
It is an awesome place. I would suggest everyone to try the aaloo tikki, bhalla papdi and kulfi over here. It is great. The place is a bit busy though, so you might not get a place to sit and eat, you will have to stand outside the shop and have the food.
Chole bhature was good but the raj kachori was not up to the Mark which it's used to be in past! 4 ot of five for tho chole bhature but 1 out of 5 for raj kachori!
The food is below average, kulfi fine kesar pista kulfi is good but chocolate kulfi was really disappointing, felt like they have sprinkled loads of salt, to balance the taste of chocolate you can add a pinch of salt but they literally overdid it. The staff is kind of uninterested in service they neglected the guests and their request.
I request the concerned people to look into these issues and try to resolve the same.
We went for the Kulfi Falooda as Giani's was tough to reach. The Falooda Kulfi is OK. The other stuff are also okayish but the prices are high. Its not a place for value for money meal. Prepared to spend about 300 per person.
Brilliant food but pathetic customer service which they are not able to manage, well I understand it's crowded but people need at least the food they are craving for on time. Needed a tissue paper and had to walk out wet hands despite asking several times for one.
The best eating joint in Karol Bagh, which offers amazing and mouth watering food, snacks and chaat at affordable prices. The main speciality was Chole Bathure which were just out of the world. Also, the Kulfi Faluda was also very yummy. After shopping in the markets of Karol Bagh one can easily remove their tiredness with their excellent food.
It's a nice place serving hygienically made street food. Although famous for kulfi, they also make excellent chat and raj kachori. Even the halwa in winters is excellent. Lately they have started making sota chaap and the taste is decent. It provides a refreshing break in the middle of exhaustive shopping. The staff is very humble and polite.
Kulfi fulda 125 per plate so much expensive and not to the taste. It was my last visit to this place. Just behind 100mts you can have Chole bhature @ Om Corner for Rs. 70 only unlimited chole served
Had heard the name since years. A favorable reasonable good joint which sees innumerable number of goodies everyday. The Chola - Batura & Kulfi are are must off you are in this area but nothing you can't do without
One of the oldest shop and gem of karol bagh market. I liked all the snack that i have tasted. Specially raj kachori and kulfi. Prices are little expensive but it's okay they are giving the services also. Recommended, one must should try if you are karol bagh.
Its an age old spot for foodies and shoppers who have come to karol bagh. Very famous eating spot, easy to locate in karol bagh market, infact people from all over delhi know about it.
As the name of the restaurant suggests for obvious reasons iTS KULFI is the signature dish here (no doubt it is the best in west delhi) One can vouch for it.
We ordered a typical punjabi morning breakfast: chole poori along with sweet lassi. Pricing: nominal (rs. 250 for two people) It is generally crowded, you might have to wait at peak hours.
They have renowated the whole place, and have seating downstairs as well as upstairs.
Staff is very quick and polite.
So, next time you visit ajmal khan road, karol bagh.this place should be on your list.
A very old restaurant, known especially for its kulfis. We tried Paan kulfi; quite a tasty treat for paan lovers. The quantity was filling enough for one person, was fresh and delicious. Bhalla papri chaat was good too, in quantity and quality. The place is mostly crowded, is plainly furnished and is more expensive than other sweet houses. Can find popular North Indian dishes and sweets here. Don't miss it if you're in karol bagh market.
Nice place to dine in especially when you are shopping in Karol Bagh. Kulfi was excellent! They offer a wide variety of food items in their menu- ranging from Chinese, South Indian, North Indian cuisines. Do not miss their chaat and kulfi. Restaurant is in the first floor, simple, small and clean. However, you need to wait to get your table as the restaurant is not that big.
Poor guest services but management is to be blamed sources reveal staff is overworked and underpaid one day shift is for over 12 to 15 hours old staff on payroll being taken advantage of such inhuman behaviour: (if I had anything below 1 I would never visit them again.
If you are shopping in Karol Bagh and need to stop by for Lunch, this is the best place. It is not an expensive restaurant. I will put this in mid budget. Although there are other cheaper options available if you are in search of one. You can have full meal and a variety of snacks. Taste is delicious and you get what you pay for. Totally value for money. I loved the lassi and chana bhatura. Some dishes are unique to this place so do give them a try.
We visited this legacy outlet while on our way to Mehrasons – again a legacy jewelry outlet in the center of the city. RDK remains an icon. A trendsetter, or more of a quality standards defining outlet, it is etched in the memory of our parents. For guys like me whose childhood was during the 80s, the mention of RDK was parallel with the best of burger joints or premium eating destinations today. In our time, the kulfi was supposed to be very pricey but worth its ostentatious reputation. Today, that reputation has faded away. The staff and the overall structure seems like a mimic of how Haldirams conducts its business today. That subtle feeling of a very proud halwai is missing. You get more assembly-line feeling now. RDK stuff is still very good but the kulfi is nowhere as milky and creamy. I last went here around a decade back and my memories of places linked to my growing-up years is rather good though am quite forgetful overall. RDK now represents the changing times for the caught-in-between generation to which I belong. Just like us, RDK is up there, not quite what it was supposed to be, not quite performing up to its potential, and somewhat playing catch-up with times that are changing like the smartphones we carry.
Famous old time restaurant for chole bhature, faluda Kulfi. I like chole bhature. Kulfi faluda was tasty but could have been less sweeter. Pista Badam milk was very sweet. Service was quick. You might have to wait for table as there is sometimes waiting. Ambience is ok ok not too good. Not very expensive.
Now I find this place centrally placed and specious. Seating arrangements are also.not bad. You can say it is a fast food premises. Their kulfi is famous. I used to taste their food since 1973!
Whenever i see this name.my mouth gets watery.food is fab and it is a store which is kind of existence since partition but still it is well maintained and kind of family business.there is usually waiting of 10 minutes before u can sit and eat and if u dont want to wait then u can go for self service.value for money and family place to enjoy.
