He insists on patients buying these tablets from his own private illegal medicine shop at exorbitant rate. He also prescribes vitamin d injections without any reason. Since he usually preys on senior citizens, his malpractice and exploitation do not come to light publicly. He likes to scare them about health issues so that he can continue to suck money out of them till they die.
