I’m not satisfied with services.you guys make me wait for 2 hours for no reason.i have come there to change my bike’s front disk pad.although i’m regular with you and now i don’t want to visit again. You guys can check my details with your staff also check my in and out time.
They are not providing proper service instead they grab customer to charge more bills. Staff not cooperative, non responsive. They just persuade customer to grab big bills from customer.
Good service centre, experienced staff. Explained all the facts and details about issues. I had paid a good amount for detailing and cleaning of motorcycle but a basic washing of 100₹ or 150₹ was so badly done it spoiled it all. As the washing is not done at the centre they don’t have good control on that.
The representative are really well trained. Love chauhan and his team is brilliant. Aakash manager is perfect with his job and knows how to guide and tackle to each and every situation.
Mr love kumar I'm had a lot of issue with the Himalayan BS6 engine noise and Back pull while riding. Thanking the ESS AAR Motors for rectifying the issue regarding that in a very good manner and more than that reduced the issue with corn set issue was also solved. Terrible Experience at Royal Enfield Service Center
I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Royal Enfield service center and I must say it was the worst service center I have ever encountered. There is an old Hindi saying, "ek baar aaoge baar baar aaoge, " which means that once you visit, you will have to keep going back every 15 days. Sadly, this turned out to be true in my case.
Around two months ago, I took my bike to the service center for a routine service. They initially quoted me Rs. 1999/- for the service only. However, upon inspection, they claimed that my bike had numerous issues and demanded Rs. 13,999 for the repairs. They assured me that after the service my bike would be as good as new, and I fell for their convincing words. Thinking that it had been a while since my bike had received proper attention, I agreed to the charges.
After paying around Rs. 14,000 for the service, I left the service center feeling satisfied that my bike had been thoroughly repaired. However, my happiness was short-lived. Just 15 days later, I encountered problems with starting the bike. The self-start feature was not working properly. Frustrated, I returned to the service center and demanded that they honor their warranty and replace the battery, which they had supposedly changed during the previous service. To my surprise, they suddenly claimed that the battery was fine and that it was a wiring issue. This sudden change in their stance seemed dishonest and manipulative. They further charged me around Rs. 599 to fix the wiring issue.
Unfortunately, the troubles didn't end there. After another 15 days, my bike's speed refused to go above 40 km/hour. Once again, I visited the service center seeking a solution. This time, they informed me that a particular part (I don't recall the name) needed to be replaced, costing Rs. 2999. It seemed like a never-ending cycle of issues and charges.
After 15 days again my bike's engine started making strange noises then I decided to end this toxic relationship with this service center. The overall service I received was pathetic, and it was clear that they lacked the necessary skills and honesty to provide satisfactory service to their customers.
I strongly advise against visiting this Royal Enfield service center. The false promises, inconsistent diagnoses, and additional charges are simply unacceptable. It's disheartening to witness such a disregard for customer satisfaction and trust.
Excellent work this time. I came here for third free service of my Royal Enfield ES 350 ABS and all the issues are resolved on time. Ms. Meena made sure that everything is done smoothly to provide a wonderful experience. This is the forst time I came home with a smile on my face. Hope to have such experience in near future as well.

They have one of the best mechanic available and they do diagnosed the bike before they put into the service, they will let you know all the problem with the bike and post approval of client they works accordingly.would like to appreciate Meena Joshi as she is the one who handle all customer with his best of his knowledge and she solved my all the query related to the bike and billing too.

They are absolute scam. Would ask and add unnecessary services and parts which are not required to be changed. And i refuce they would scare you of your warranty being void. Beware of lady in service
Very very poor service, Battery is under warranty they won't change it, service when you say something they will do something. Not on time delivery.they are very accurate in collecting money, And Manager Sunny kumar he is big time speaks lies. He doesn't value the customer problem. Please avoid this place.very very poor service
3rd class service center and manager do not have sense of talking to customer, washing is outsource which takes minimum 1.5 hours and quality of the service also pathetic, it's would be great if you service from other service center or roadside because they're also talk same language. @royalenfield these types of service center will surely take you to old days #downfallstartedroyalenfield! Customer don't just believe in positive comments as they have created by them self! Avoid going!

Its average, sometimes they listen to your problems, sometimes they dont.it's up to you if u find the best serviceman their, then u can say it's a good service center otherwise u would be disappointed.i face issues everytime i go there.
There are couple of people who are very helpful Amir (floor manager) and the technician suraj. They both listen and solve the queries thanku guys. Thoda time lagta hai but its ok
One because its minimum. Unorganised guard and least bothered advisors. Vehicle will be taken in as per guards will. No early bird. No appointments.total haphazard!
No proper service only they make money out of u. They even dint have washing area, they get it done from outside. No professional attitude. They will change all the parts which are already functioning properly.
Good, the way is a bit confusing at first but I left my bike in morning as I live nearby and recieved on time at 3pm as they said. They will add some extra things so check up the bill and only get changed what you need.overall good.
Newly opened royal enfield service center by ess aar, big space, advanced machines for bike service, experienced staff, everthing is in proper manner, waiting lounge was quite good, from lounge u can see ur bike servicing. A big thumbs up to ess aar motors
Pathetic experience, I just wasted 3 hours of my life and didn't even get my bike serviced. For 3 hours my bike just stood outside their station after filling their job cards, staff was not able to handle the work load. Really a pathetic experience.
