Staff is very lazy.
Don't care about customer precious time and spend most of the time in gossiping. Very bad

In the name of service, they are just fooling people. Inexperienced worker are dangerous for your vehicle. Please avoid visiting. You will go with one problem they will give you another as a return gift.

Never satisfied with services rendered by the service centre.

Royal Enfield service centre- cruiser motors is located at Dabri mor circle. It is very well occupied hence you might get delayed in servicing. But staff is good specially Mohit, and those who worked on bike.
Overall, please take time if you want service in front of you, generally it’s crowded may take longer or you can drop and pick later after service.
Charges are standard for all Royal Enfield service centre.

Mohit ji, was very cooperative in customer relations.very much impressed with the way he handled the customers. Looking forward to visit again.

I have Royal Enfield Himalayan BS6 bike. I went for third service of my bike on 18-2-2023 at (Royal Enfield Service Center - Cruiser Motors Pvt Ltd - Plot No. 178 & 179, Khasra No. 38,1908/09 Lal Dora, Street, No. 2, Gali No. 2, Dabri) Karwaye, New Delhi, Delhi 110045),

When the service job card of my bike was being prepared, I told them that the bike had gear shifting problem. After getting the bike serviced, I was told that the entire gear assembly of the bike needs to be changed, which is causing your gear shifting problem. Whose costing was told to me 5000/₹. (including clutch plate, engine oil, engine seal).

But I refused to install the gear assembly. I discussed the same gear shifting problem with a local mechanic out back. The local mechanic told that the gear assembly of your bike is absolutely fine. The gear shifting problem is due to corrosion in the clutch wire.
Local mechanic oiled the clutch wire and the gear shifting is like new (only ₹50/-).

Can you please explain the reason for miss guiding the customer and why we should end up paying 100 times more than the actual cost. And is this the issue across all the RE service centre or this one is exception?

The staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly. They told me to come at 1: 00 PM to collect the bike after service. When I reached their I saw that they have opened my bike. On enquiry they told me that we don’t have parts to replace at this time. Why the hell you opened that particular part when you people don’t have stock. They gave lame excuses. I will never visit them again in life. Even a roadside servicemen is better than going to this place. Totally unprofessional. Very disappointed. I want to give them BIG ZERO STAR.

When my bike goes for a long tour, means 20-30km, the bike turns off as soon as the speed is reduced, But the problem was not found here in this workshop, so where will the solution be found?

The staff is nice specially Mohit bhai who deals with all the customers one to one but I was disappointed due to lack of care in repairs from the certified technicians present there and this happened with my friend also, they use whatever tools to open up the screws and what not, we treat our vehicles with care as we have spent our hard earn money on them special but they won't, in my case they ruined a special screw which came only with a particular set of bar end weights that was disappointing for me as I can't get that screws from aftermarket, same happened with one of my friends new Royal Enfield standard 350 they caused a major scratch on the chrome plating bolt in the center of handlebar which was disappointing for him as well so over all the service is good and the behavior as well of the staff is very nice but they need to start treating the bikes as we treat our bikes or else it leads to customer dissatisfaction and loss of trust in a big brand like royal Enfield.

First of all I want to tell you that you should deal all customers equally, like today I visited royal Enfield Cruiser motor workshop they firstly told me bike service, I said no I have other problem then they just ignoring me and took so much time which can be done within 30 min and it took around 2 hours, and I visited the showroom beacuse my bike one part got out of order and its under warranty so (one and half) month before I made the request to replace. And they informed me when the part will come they informed me but so far between that time noone call me suddenly due to my busy schedule yesterday I call to workshop then they told me that part came at workshop so visit and get your spare part, how careless they are when everything is under warranty you should deal accordingly, I had paid for this, I m not taking you at free of cost I had paid all to company in advance. Lastly I want to tell you that you should take strict action against that guys who deal me and you should take care of all customers equally, not like me. And I assure you I will not visit your showroom again in future also I suggest other guys not to go to cruiser moto rdabri branch better to go to nearest mechanic shops.

The facility is close to my residence but only drawback is they do not have washing service for the bike. Always have to get service done in Subhash Nagar service centre of RE. Disappointed.

Worst experience of service and even from customer care, the issues which was reported at the time of giving bike for service was not resolved and took for than 6 hour to service a bike which ran just for 20k k.m. Later got a call from customer care for the feedback and same was informed to the lady as well but there was no resolution as lady said will be calling you back and now even not responding on my calls.will suggest royal Enfield to go through the proper audit of this place as per there standard
