I had the best experience while buying Hunter 350. The showroom almost all the model which helped me while deciding the favourite one. Me and my friend really appreciate the hospitality of the showroom. Akashdeep and Arbaaz there were highly supportive right from the beginning; from ordering the bike till purchasal.
The overall experience was extremely good. Mr. Suraj, Miss Nisha, and Mr pankaj specially were so humble and their hospitality is at par. A must visit place for your Royal Enfield experience.
Very good customer service. They are very cordial and receptive. Mr. Pankaj, the Manager of the RE showroom is very polite, considerate and committed. He and his team member Hemant has explained nicely and cleared all my queries/ doubts satisfactorily.
Worst service i ever experienced in my life guys pls avoid this showroom i bought my bike 5-6 day before giving review and till now i didn’t get the number of bike they daily tell me that u will get by evening or by tomorrow
Don't buy any bullet from this branch when you will go take bike they will tell you we will give registered no. Within 3 days but after purchased they will take more than 15 days

Receiving was ok, customer lounge and garage has no difference expect with TV and sofa with lots of disturbance with no separate room. Billing process is worst for a bike wash I had to wait almost 1: 30 minutes and another 15mintues for billing ridiculous.
Its just a personal experience.no representatove came to explain things for about 15mins. So i had to leave. May be their services are good later but for me it was a poor experince. So just 1 star.
Really important for you before dealing with ESSAR Motors.
ESSAR Cons: 1) They are more focused till sales. They are very bad in after sales customer relationship. Once I purchased Classic 350, I followed them so many times to get soft copy of the Receipt voucher, wrote email, called so many times but till the date I didn't get.
2) At the time of delivery of bike, they took off one horn out of a pair cited reason new rules of the company. After I bought, One of my friend bought Royal En-field from other distributor, he got both the pair of Horn. It's shows they are not focused on customer relationship, they are focused on money.
Essar Service Center: Worst Service Center.
1) On my first service they charged me INR 1283.00. I was under the impression that this is my first service, as in first service, they have nothing to do in the service, how they charged me on the name of chain sproket oil, engine oil change, battery charge. What mistake I did, I left my bike for the service & went for other work. When I got back, they gave me a bill of INR 1283.2) After first service, I was start facing gear stuck problem. I went for second service & told so many times about gear stuck problem, You would not believe with in 15 minutes, they finished service & gave me a bill of 260+.
3) Then I complaint to Royal Enfield, RE customer relationship manager called them & direct them to correct gear stuck problem. You know what they have did " Only gear & nut bolt tight" nothing more than that. They couldn't solve gear stuck problem over it they put it chain oil in break drum & left loosed engine oil seal. I my rear break was not working & engine oil start leaked. Literally I fed up with these guys.
4) Then I thought to visit RE other service center. I went to Jhilmil service center, where I met with a Guys, he really knows about the bike. My all of the Problem was solved at the center there itself. The service center manager Mr. Manoj, is a very genuine guy & would give you genuine Bike.
2 times I visted for service and it was a very bad experience, every time I clearly told what problem I am facing but nobody bother these thing last friday I was go for second service and service is not done as per requirements, again same problem I am facing in bike. This is not the way to treat with customer people came for the brand name and what we getting? Twice or thrice I told please recheck these things but I am not getting any positive response from anyone. If I told something these people don't do, even without recheck they told everything is fine.
